Brittany went above and beyond with our home purchase process. We had found a home we fell in love with and Brittany walked us through the process every step of the way. She helped us find the right inspectors, contractors and professionals to ensure we knew what we were buying. Brittany advocated for us with a price reduction and was able to negotiate for essential improvements be covered by the owner. We couldn't be in this home, for the price and with the improvements made prior to move in without Brittany and her support through the whole first home buying process.
