Bill Knapp

Bill moved to Colorado in 2004 from Washington D.C. after growing up in Dayton, Ohio and graduating from The Ohio State University. After moving to Colorado Bill and his family established themselves in the Highlands Ranch Neighborhood in South Denver. Prior to taking the plunge into his full-time real estate career in 2014, Bill was an Environmental Consultant working on real estate development and renewable energy projects from 2001 - 2014.

His previous consultant skills lend to his collaborative mannerism when assisting clients and detailed research combined with local knowledge of the Denver Metro Areas. Bill prides himself on learning about his clients wants and needs so he can best advise them through all stages of the real estate process and well after closing for any home improvement needs. His success has been the result of his patient nature, attention to detail, and drive to educate, which has created a network of referral based and repeat clientele.

When away from real estate, Bill can be found doing a variety of family & sports activities with his wife and two kids. Amongst their favorite things are live music shows, hiking, trail running, soccer, volleyball, and movie nights. Bill personally is known for his bourbon collection and his new interest into tequilas, food from his various smokers/bbq grills, being an avid soccer nerd, and dining around Denver with his wife & friends.
