My husband and I were able to come for 2 days for a house hunting trip and thats it!! From bidding wars to inflated home prices, it's nearly impossible to buy a home right now. When I first spoke with Dalton, he laid out the facts of what we would experience with this market and was honest with me. He set my expectations correctly, which helped to get me in the proper mindset to embark on this journey. Throughout the process, Dalton was there for me every step of the way. From joking around about a floor being uneven to seeing the potential in some fixer uppers, we had a great time looking at homes and he was always ready to check out more and more houses. Then, when the time came to place offers, he communicated efficiently and effectively with the listing agents to ensure that we packaged our offers correctly. While we were not always successful, he remained positive and helped me keep my hopes up. When the time came and literally, the perfect house, the best house, out of everything we looked at magically appeared, we swooped in with a well-packaged offer. He used tactics and strategies that only a true consummate professional would know and sacrificed a Friday night to get my offer in within a few hours of it hitting the market. With a bit of back and forth from the buyer/listing agent, he called me that night and the house was mine! Now that I've moved into my home and I've started making it my own, I look back at my experience and I know that the only reason I have my home is that I was guided by a real estate agent that knows what he's doing.
