Stacy is amazing, she is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She responded very fast, helped us to find the place we call it our lovely home, also helped us find architects and contractors for house renovations.

Avoid! If you do use her, she will easily work for 2%. In my opinion she is a very weak negotiator and her client pays for it. If you are brand new to real estate, you may like her but if you have any experience you will see right through all of her nonsense. She doesnt put clients first. She puts herself first. She didnt present my counteroffers. She also attempted to unilaterally remove a credit that the seller offered at the first showing. When I cut her out of the inspection because she was not advocating for me (by saying no credit, for example), it was revealed the seller was still offering the credit, it was only Stacy who wanted me to not get it. Also, shes a solo and is frequently unavailable and she doesnt tell you in advance when she will be gone, you only find out on her social media. Deal didnt close.

Stacy was outstanding! As a real estate attorney with 35+ years of experience, I've worked with many good and bad realtors. Stacy was truly one of the best. My wife and I were focused on Streeterville and Lakeshore East areas and Stacy was incredibly knowledgeable of the areas and all the buildings within these areas. We also had the complexity and time delays of having to sell out of state before we could offer in Chicago. Stacy was extremely patient working with us. She communicated with us very well and did a great job of helping us narrow "our preferences" to get us to our purchase. Could not imagine working through this process with a better professional than Stacy. My wife and I both loved the experience working with Stacy over the two years.
