Review Our home buying Journey begin in September 2019. Natan responded quickly to a property we messaged him on Zillow to request a tour, it didn't take long for Natan to know what type of style, structure , payments or even the areas we were looking in, honestly by the second or third tour , he was finding houses for us before we messaged him, he even referred us to our loan officer with the lending company we closed on our house with, remind you we closed on November 6, 2019, Natan never made us feel pressured , rushed or even being picky, he always understood this was a major decision that will effect our next 20+ years of our life, the house we closed on was a house Natan choose a tour of based on all the information we provided him, it was if we picked it out and messaged him on what we was looking for, nothing more than amazing, we highly recommend Natan K as a great dedicated real estate agent, he diffently cares and loves what he do. Review Natan is the best! He worked with us over six months as we looked for a house. He was patient and stood by us throughout the whole process. His knowledge of the local housing market is unmatched. He has years of experience and lots and lots of background both selling and buying homes. We were also impressed with his deep knowledge of housing mechanicals, roofs, construction and everything else that goes into a house. He can tell you what needs to be done to a house, and about how much it will cost. He has an eagle eye for detail and knew the market and home pricing. Review Working with Natan on my first home was a pleasure. Natan is a very responsive person. It doesn't matter what time I was texting him 7 am or 11pm, I always received an answer right away. His market knowledge helped us buy the perfect house which we could afford. He educated us about market trends, what area is better to buy, what type of home to look for and a lot more. If you are Russian speaker as I am, no problem, Natan speaks russian as well! There were countless times I gave him short notice, "Nate i think there's house just onto the market can we see it? " Usually in 10 minutes he would reply, "we can see it in 1 hour" . Natan is very customer oriented. I can't think to say anythung negative about Natan. I highly recommend Natan to other families who are looking or selling their home.

He was responsive and accommodating, while failing to be domineering. Since we don't live in Chicago, things could have become sticky, however Natan and his group dealt with everything and made the procedure as simple as could reasonably be expected. I very suggest them!

Review I hired Natan after meeting him at an open house he was hosting. After a brief convo about the homes I was interested in I found my self all over the internet searching for homes left and right. When the house we wanted had come out to the market Natan emailed it to us within the hour and even tho Natan had other showings scheduled with another client he found a way to make it work. We wrote up an offer it was accepted. Then the INSPECTION came back.. there was a number of issues regarding the state of disrepair the house was really in. I thought it might have been a waste but I am happy I got it as Natan suggested. The sellers lowered the price and provided a credit it seems they were expecting what we did or didn't find. Overall 5 star experience Natan worked so hard on this deal and im grateful to him for it. just closed last month sorry for the delay.
