ZillowVERIFIEDAvoid! If you do use her, she will easily work for 2%. In my opinion she is a very weak negotiator and her client pays for it. If you are brand new to real estate, you may like her but if you have any experience you will see right through all of her nonsense. She doesnt put clients first. She puts herself first. She didnt present my counteroffers. She also attempted to unilaterally remove a credit that the seller offered at the first showing. When I cut her out of the inspection because she was not advocating for me (by saying no credit, for example), it was revealed the seller was still offering the credit, it was only Stacy who wanted me to not get it. Also, shes a solo and is frequently unavailable and she doesnt tell you in advance when she will be gone, you only find out on her social media. Deal didnt close.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacy was outstanding! As a real estate attorney with 35+ years of experience, I've worked with many good and bad realtors. Stacy was truly one of the best. My wife and I were focused on Streeterville and Lakeshore East areas and Stacy was incredibly knowledgeable of the areas and all the buildings within these areas. We also had the complexity and time delays of having to sell out of state before we could offer in Chicago. Stacy was extremely patient working with us. She communicated with us very well and did a great job of helping us narrow "our preferences" to get us to our purchase. Could not imagine working through this process with a better professional than Stacy. My wife and I both loved the experience working with Stacy over the two years.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Stacy highly enough! I first worked with Stacy when she sold my condo three years ago and just recently she helped us find our home in a very tough and stressful market. Her hard work, deep market knowledge and pleasant demeanor made the process smooth. Stacy really went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful for her dedication and support.

ZillowVERIFIED Simply put, Stacy was amazing in managing the sale of the condo. This was an estate sale where my ability to manage the sale was very limited. Stacy oversaw getting the condo ready for sale, helped arrange a few needed repairs and held several open houses. Her knowledge of the local market was keen and spot on. She led the sale negotiation with calmness and savvy. I am so appreciative of her work on this sensitive sale and highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an extremely disappointing experience with Stacy. She was not able to suggest properties we were interested in, so we ended up doing all of the property research ourselves. We went to several showings with her, where she contributed nothing - she just stood there watching us. Once we made an offer on a condo and started negotiations, she sided with the owner every time an issue came up! We felt completely alone and unsupported. Luckily, my husband is good with numbers, so was able to show Stacy her math was wrong when she tried to get us to write a check to the owner for an additional couple hundred dollars that we did not actually owe. I would never work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacy was incredible to work with. She was patient and took her time to get to know me better and what type of units I was looking for. She made recommendations and helped schedule and pick out the best place for me. Her expertise made the process simple and stress-free. Stacy helped with every step of the process to get the final purchase closed. Can't recommend her enough. Thanks, Stacy!

ZillowVERIFIED Stacy was very helpful throughout the home buying process. She remained responsive throughout the process and helped navigate the various home buying obstacles/approvals that are prevalent in any real estate transaction. Her knowledge of the area proved to be very helpful and her communication style gave me a sense of comfort and put my mind at ease in what can otherwise be a very stressful process. I will certainly be using Stacy with all of my future real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacy was able to handle the sell of our downtown condo quickly and smoothly...even while we were living abroad! She handled so many things that were probably out of her scope of responsibilities simply because we weren't there. We would HIGHLY recommend Stacy! Thanks Gal for all you did!

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Stacy twice on finding properties in the Chicago area, and both times have been an absolute delight. Stacy was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and consistently went the extra mile to find properties that met my search criteria. I would recommend Stacy to anyone looking for a new property in this area. She is fantastic at what she does!

ZillowVERIFIED I am a first time home buyer and Stacy provided great guidance to me, expressing her opinions about the condos we saw and answering the many questions I had along the way. She is very professional, kind, easygoing and, she was instrumental in persuading the seller's side to come to a price I was comfortable with. She was also very helpful and prompt with reminders of my commitments after the offer was accepted. This is a convoluted process and I'm glad that she was on my side, making sure I didn't miss important deadlines - I recommend Stacy to any first time buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED Stacy is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She is proactive, responsive, and kind, making it incredibly easy to work with her. She made herself available when I was, got my apt on the market and received an offer right away, and negotiated back up to asking price. I'm nothing but impressed, would definitely work with her again, and highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Stacy was very helpful in our process of finding an apartment in Chicago. We were looking in an off season which was tough enough, and loved how Stacy narrowed down the options she sent along for our review - it seemed like she listened and cared about our requested location/amenities/etc. Stacy was also very responsive during the process of negotiation and lease signing, which was appreciated, especially since there were multiple parties involved. Would highly recommend Stacy and we hope to use her again in the future when we're ready to buy!

ZillowVERIFIED Stacy was phenomenal to work with throughout our home purchasing process -- words cannot express our gratitude! If there were more stars in your rating system, we would give them all to her. Our purchase of a co-op apartment had many additional layers and she helped us every step of the way -- fully understanding and empathizing the stress that can come along with the unexpected. Stacy is beyond knowledgeable of the industry and is exceptionally professional. We are so grateful to have had her as our agent!

ZillowVERIFIED With Stacy's help, I was able to view a variety of options in my preferred Neighborhood and narrow down which option best fit my needs. She was very professional and knowledgeable of what options were available in my price range, while still checking off the list of my requirements.
