My wife and I were referred to Howard by a friend who had worked with him twice, and spoke very highly of Howard. We very quickly learned why. Howard was incredibly professional, patient, and supportive during the purchase process. As first time home buyers, we came into the process extremely unaware, and Howard patiently entertained all our questions and educated us. He quickly understood our wants and needs from our house through our first few open houses together, and would thereafter remind us when we sent him listings of houses that were too out of budget, or old, or required too much DIY. As a result, we very quickly came to trust Howard. That trust was well rewarded, because Howard helped us close the house of our dreams, all the while meticulously explaining us everything on the offer documents and helping us through negotiations. The trust he established led to us asking him questions/advice about things that were clearly not in his job description, but even so, he truly went above and beyond to help us. All with a big smile on his face. It was such a joy to work with Howard and he has set the bar VERY high for future realtors we work with. It goes without saying, but I highly, HIGHLY recommend working with Howard.

Howard did an amazing job helping us buy our first home. As first time home buyers, he was exactly what we needed! He is patient and very kindly helped us understand everything we needed to know---how to look for structural soundness in the house, how old is the roof, does it look like the house could have water issues, etc. In the process of buying a home with Howard, we also ended up learning so much about just what being a responsible house owner means as well. He communicates fast, has excellent knowledge of this area, and was a brilliant negotiator. Besides that, Howard was an absolute gem of a gentleman. Howard was wonderful to work with! His local knowledge and experience gave us peace of mind. His responsiveness (even while we were out of the country) was always prompt and helpful. He had a strategic and thoughtful marketing plan for us. He accommodated our requests and was always able to find answers to our questions. Bottom line: we sold our for over-asking price within just a few days of listing it. We couldn't have had a better representative!
