ZillowVERIFIEDAs first-time home buyers, we couldn?t have asked for a better realtor than Howard. He did an excellent job guiding us through every step of the process, taking the time to explain things clearly and making sure we felt comfortable along the way. He was always patient, never pushy, and genuinely personable, which made the experience far less stressful. Howard listened closely to our needs and worked with us as we figured out what we truly wanted in a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Howard was an absolute rockstar as our sellers agent when we sold our house in Dexter, MI earlier this year. He is incredibly knowledgable, well prepared, and responsive to any questions we had along the way throughout the process. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Howard was fantastic in navigating the sale of my property. It was sold in 10 days. Howard did some great marketing via a number of social media avenues as well. Although he was representing the seller (myself) he is an honorable person and ensured fairness to the buyers as well. We had major issues with our HOA (company called UCM) but Howard was diligent in his duties. I have worked with Howard twice now.

ZillowVERIFIED Howard is the consummate professional. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. He is a skilled negotiator. We are grateful for Howard asserting himself when warranted, identifying flaws, pointing out positives, and being there for us at all times, day and night. When a seller offered us an opportunity to make an offer less then advertised, we did and the seller changed the offer thinking we would be okay with the change. Howard who heard the exchange and the pressure attempted by the seller was frank with seller as to why we walked away. He supported us. Howard pointed out why we would not want a good deal as the home was situated with busy auto traffic something not immediately apparent.
