I wanted 40 acres in the country and my wife wanted a city home. In a multi-offer situation for the house I bought, he helped structure a creatively priced offer and also to get a post-inspection credit. I think I got a good deal on the house in a competitive situation. He also was able to come up with recommendations for local vendors for various work I want to have done on the house.
