Ann Taylor was fantastic and made selling my home a breeze. We worked together remotely as I live out of state and she bent over backwards to get my home sold. I will no doubt work with her again and I would recommend her to any one selling a home in OBX

We simply cannot recommend Ann Taylor Lusk highly enough.? Working with her was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! Ann's incredible knowledge and insight of the local OBX market and strategic pricing helped us get our home under contract very quickly, and for a price we were very happy with. She truly went above and beyond to ensure our house was ready for the market, providing invaluable advice on staging and preparation. Ann was always available to answer our endless questions and kept us informed every step of the way. She is proactive, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to her clients. Nowadays, it's quite rare to find this level of dedication, and we were~and always will be~ so grateful for her unwavering professionalism and genuine partnership. ~Kenny & Lisa Sharp

Cameron was amazing to work with! She was always on top of the new listings and was quick to jump on opportunities she thought would be a good fit for me. I really appreciate all of her hard work to help me find the perfect first home!

It was a pleasure working with Cameron on the sale of our beach house this past Spring/Summer in Nags Head, NC. Our situation was unlike many others... With the passing of my father, the same month as our closing date, Cameron went above and beyond what was expected of her. She was always available to call, text, and email, and always provided clarity and help when asked. I HIGHLY recommend utilizing her expertise in real estate, especially in the OBX, when making future decisions to sell or purchase your next home. Cameron is amazing to work with!

This was the second time we had the pleasure of working with Cameron. Both times, she was great to work with. She answered our questions promptly and the process was very smooth. Our house was listed and under contract within a day. Since we were out of state, she assisted with tasks related to the house that were difficult for us to get too. We would highly recommend her.
