In my 80 years I have bought and sold many homes. Without a doubt Ann was/is the best of all the realtors I have dealt with. When I recently sold a home in the Outer Banks, which I had owned for 25 years, Ann from the very first meeting impressed me with her knowledge of the market and how to successfully sell the home. She walked me through how she arrived at the best price for selling while simultaneously encouraging me to share my feelings and thoughts on the price. Our back-and-forth dialogue produced a price that witnessed 15 showings and 4 offers in 2 days.Before putting the home on the market, we walked the home and grounds with Ann writing copious notes and offering suggestions about adjustments that could or should be made; all of which I followed to include retaining a specific super sharp home inspector who produced an inspection report that became my guide to fixing problems or to improve the home. In addition to recommending a home inspector she also recommended other companies and personnel to make the repairs and improvements. She has wide knowledge of reliable local professionals who were instrumental in the timely and successful completion of the work; and then the attorney who did the final legal and financial requirements.After accepting one of the offers Ann again was my constant advisor in the dialogue between myself and the buyers, which concluded successfully with both parties very satisfied.
