ZillowVERIFIED I honestly cant think of anything more Lauren could have done to help me find my dream vacation home. We found and closed on the perfect house in a very difficult market for the buyer (me). Additionally, I purchased the home sight unseen. Lauren was my eyes and ears on the ground and I felt completely confident knowing she was physically there, while I could not be. She was always responsive and available. The houses I was looking at were getting offers and going under contract within days of coming on the market, so it was important to act quickly, and she did. I really dont think I could have done it without her.

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Lauren Rickard! She was recomended by a friend of ours. We hit it off immediately, and she very quickly had a sense for what type of home we were looking for and would make us happy. Most of our search was done remotely via Facetime, which is very challenging. But Lauren was up for it, and gave us very detailed descriptions and would spend as long as we required to review the properties via phone. She gave us very honest appraisals of the properties as far as condition and value. We would look at Zillow daily, and if an interesting property came available, she was quick to get there and give us a virtual showing so we could see it that day. In todays market where houses sell in hours, that was key! She was always responsive to all our calls/emails/texts. Once we had a contract on our home, she helped us with all sorts of inspections, over and above the usual. She contacted contractors for us, arranged to be at the home whenever needed. We are very glad we met Lauren, and we highly recommend her! She definitely goes above and beyond helping her customers!

She has an excellent attitude and is always upbeat, positive, and pleasant. My property was an unusual house with a unique floor plan and over 70 years old. At times when I became impatient, frustrated, or aggravated she was always the voice of calm, offering good advice and wise counsel. My ex-wife of thirty years is a Realtor as is my daughter but neither does business in N. C. I cannot imagine that I would be any more satisfied with their work than I am with Laurens. She knows the laws and contract and closing processes. She definitely knows how to negotiate. She identifies local vendors to support home, septic and termite inspections - all of these vendors were outstanding. ZillowVERIFIED In September, we found a house in Colington Harbour that checked all the boxes. It had just been listed online, and we wanted it! After some bad experiences, I decided to contact the listing agent directly, and Im glad I did. Lauren Rickard took my Sunday morning call, and I told her I wanted to get this house under contract. I made an over asking offer, and within 30 minutes, she had the documents back to me, and i was litteraly buying a home with my cell phone, thats 600 miles away. This home was very fairly priced, and because Lauren is a professional, our offer was accepted within hours. If not for her knowlage, and advise, this house would have been under contract to someone else. Lauren guided us through every step of the process, and was even presents during home inspections. We got our loan from a local bank, so Lauren was able to keep on everything for us. Even though I was 600 miles away, I never felt alone on any aspect of the process. Yes,....as usual, there was a glitch or two along the way, ( like 2 hurricanes while under contract) but she was completely honest, and upfront, and again,.......this deal would not have happened without her! Lauren is not only a true professional that cares, but is now, a true freind. If your relocating to the area, do lots of homework.
