There are pros and cons to working with Sydney. Pros: responsive, dedicated, quick. Shell show you a house immediately when you ask and respond to you 24/7. Thats a huge plus. Cons: impatient, condescending at times, and not the best negotiator. We were second time home buyers and are kicking ourselves for not negotiating more. Sydney is not the most experienced.

Aidan did a great job best especially since it was my first home purchase, made communication was consistent and clear didnt hesitate to answer any question I had and was over all super professional. Id take another experience like that any day. Thank you again

Drake was an amazing resource. Being new to the area, he is very knowledgeable about neighborhoods, house prices, and the unique aspects of houses in CO. Even after buying multiple houses back East, he educated me. He was always willing to take the time to explain and give reasons why this or that is important when purchasing a home. I never felt rushed or that I was a bother. He was always, and I mean ALWAYS available by text or phone. Even though he was tied up with other clients, when I asked about seeing a specific house the next day, he made it work. He worked with the seller to ensure that all repairs were completed. He knew our price point so he didn't waste our time nor his and helped us get the exact house that fit our need, was affordable and one that we fell in love with. Highly recommend.
