Drake was incredibly attentive and helped us along every step of the way. From the initial consult, to the listing prep, and all the way to the closing table, Drake made sure we knew exactly what to expect and his knowledge and expertise in the field is truly invaluable. Drakes attention to detail and care for his job was truly apparent with his marketing strategy, professionally developed showcase video, the detailed MLS listing, highlight cards to showcase some of our homes desired features, and open house he hosted was above and beyond. With this impressive tool belt, Drake was able to get us a great deal and he did it in 11 days on the market. Drake is a true professional and if I had to do it all again, I would choose the same team.

He tried to blame the lender who had asked for an extension for closing 4 days prior, he was completely unaware, and therefore we were blindsided on the projected closing date when we couldnt close. Full of excuses and also barely communicated with us at all once a buyer was identified.

He was always around if myself or wife had any questions about the housing market, he was always available to take our phone call, or e-mail. Also with this he was always able to point us in he right direction when it came to purchasing the house of our dreams.
