ZillowVERIFIED Camellia helped us find just the right house. During COVID, things got more difficult but Camellia was there whenever we had questions. Her skills and demeanor made the house buying experience enjoyable. I was a 1st time home buyer and she made sure all my concerns were addressed.

ZillowVERIFIED Having Camellia Coray working for you means that you will always see a realtor with a smile, extensive knowledge and an upbeat professional attitude. She was our seller's agent but we considered her our "pilot". Once we decided to work with her, we had confidence that our ride would be comfortable from takeoff to landing. Her crew readied us for takeoff with great staging advice, photography & video recording. Upon takeoff the information was promptly disseminated to all the appropriate marketing sites. Any showings were reported with good feedback important to a seller. The landing had a few bumps which Camellia smoothly handled and our closing was so sweet! Thank you.

ZillowVERIFIED Camellia was very patient. She showed me different areas over a 2 day period. Then she continued to give different options and find the perfect home based on what builders had available.

ZillowVERIFIED Camellia and her team are great! My wife and I had limited time to tour homes in the Springs, since we were traveling from Dallas TX. Camellia accommodated our tight schedule, but more importantly, she targeted the search to fit our wants and expectations. We found our dream place!! we would recommend her team to anyone! they're the best!!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Zane Whitfield and Camellia Coray was a pleasure. I have done several real estate transactions over the years with different companies, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering a move. Zane was incredible throughout the whole process. If I, or my family members, ever consider another move, we will indeed contact Zane Whitfield.

ZillowVERIFIED Camellia was great from our first introduction all the way through our move-in day! Her area knowledge is first-rate and was key to our ability to zero in on the right neighborhoods and school districts. We relocated from out-of-state and Camellia provided live web video walkthroughs of selected properties to minimize our travel expenses. She's an amazing realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED We are very happy after working with Camellia and her team. They were very effective in marketing our property and our communication with everyone was always timely throughout the process. She provided us with excellent information every step along the way...we always felt like our questions were heard and her responses were thoughtful. We are pleased with the sales price ultimately obtained as well as all of the support while under contract and through the closing. We would not hesitate to work with Camellia again if the opportunity were to arise.
