We had a highly disappointing experience working with Karen Russo as our listing agent. Throughout the entire process, it felt like she did the bare minimum just to get the sale moving rather than actually working to get us the best result. As a seller's agent, she provided no guidance or initiative. We expected professional recommendations on minor improvements or staging tips that could enhance our home's appearance and market value, but she offered absolutely nothing. She charged a top-tier commission rate for what ultimately felt like baseline administrative work. The only reason we didn't part ways with her midway through the sale was because we were locked into a binding contract. If you are looking for an agent who is proactive, helpful, and provides value that matches their fee, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
