We bought in an extremely competitive near Boston, but Paul was always available to tour houses, give advice and help steer us towards our new home 24/7 through the long & grueling process. In both our home sale and home purchase Paul's experience gave us an advantage over our purchase partners that helped us maximize our home sale price, and minimize our home purchase price. We shopped around for realtors when selling our home, and Paul was able to sell our home for $55k more than what one realtor from an online discount brokerage told us to list for, and $18k more than what the second realtor (the 'local expert') told us to list for. ZillowVERIFIED A pleasure to deal with in every way. Paul provides excellent and practical advice when asked, but doesn't pressure you to do things 'his way'. He does whatever he can to make the process easy from listing to closing. Perfect example: I was meeting a contractor at the house we were selling after we had moved out, but before the closing. I didn't realize until I arrived that I had forgotten my keys a 3 hour round trip away. Paul dropped what he was doing to drive over an hour to let me and the contractor into the house. Truly a lifesaver that day!
