Carrie is a pleasure to work with. We first met her in June 2025 and knew from that first meeting, she truly cared about people and finding the right home fit for them. Although it would be almost a year before we relocated to north Denver from California, Carrie was instrumental in helping us make the move by staying in touch, being available to answer any and all questions, setting up meaningful house searches, and ultimately helping us find and close on the perfect place for us. Not only is she easy and fun to work with, she is highly professional, knowledgeable and a true advocate for her clients. We will always be grateful to Carrie for her skill, stamina, and positive energy!

From the moment we met Carrie, it was obvious why she had been so highly recommended to us. We live on the east coast, so purchasing a home in Colorado could have been very difficult to navigate. Not so with Carrie! She set up visits around our schedule, and she was more than accommodating to us. To say that she went above and beyond may sound like a cliche, but it was certainly true with Carrie. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. She had our backs every step of the way, frequently pointing out and questioning things we would have never thought of. She is a "guardian" of her clients from beginning to end. As a bonus, Carrie has a great personality! We laughed and enjoyed ourselves from our initial visit to our closing! I highly recommend you contact Carrie Bachofer if you are buying/selling your home; you will not be disappointed!

Carrie made buying a home in Colorado easy and pleasant. She worked around my schedule for appointments and was quick to follow up on my questions. She was attentive to my preferences and found a number of properties that fit my needs from the beginning. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in Denver and surrounding areas, and she provided great advice throughout the negotiating and closing process. I short, I am glad that Carrie was my realtor.

Lori Fontyn is unquestionably the Realtor Extraordianaire!! I am fortunate to have had her represent me 3 times (as both buyer and seller) since 2021. Lori sets a standard of excellence few other realtors can match. I have bought/sold multiple homes in multiple US states over my 70+ years, so I feel a have a good basis for my opinion. Lori is truly a pleasure to work with. Lori consistently demonstrated exceptional knowledge of housing markets, the home purchase/sale process and marketing strategy, as well as integrity, a strong work ethic, a positive/problem-solver/get things done attitude and a quiet confidence that gave me great peace of mind. Lori is professional, kind, friendly, an excellent advisor, communicator and negotiator, resourceful, thorough and dedicated. Lori is highly reliable, consistently responsive and accessible. And she regularly goes above and beyond to make the entire buying/selling process as smooth and trouble-free as possible; including a recent instance when she listed and sold a home for me while I was on an extended trip out of state, but because of Loris efforts, I only had to return to Colorado briefly for the closing. In addition, Lori has developed a trusted cadre of skilled contractors, repairpersons, craftspersons, housekeepers, movers, etc. (all vetted for responsiveness, reliability, quality work and reasonable pricing), to whom Lori can provide access for work needed to prepare a home for listing, to address issues in an inspection report, to relocate, etc. I found access to her cadre of great value, including saving me thousands of dollars.

Carrie was wonderful to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Her knowledge and persistence helped us get past some obstacles to get the home we wanted. You definitely want her on your team. I look forward to working with her in the future and recommend her to my family and friends.
