Carrie was able to advise us so we were ready when the time came. When the time came for us to purchase, we gave Carrie a pretty tight deadline. We wanted to be under contract before our lease ended so we didn't have to extend or terminate early. Carrie was able to get us into our new home with perfect timing. She also has fantastic recommendations for home inspectors, as they were able to help us dodge a bullet at the first home we went under contract on which had serious structural issues. After that setback, Carrie was able to get us under contract at the first home we put an offer on when the original buyer fell through.
