Nancy has always gone beyond my expectations. I would not have another Realtor/Broker but Nancy. Its always a pleasure working with Nancy Andreason. I met Nancy in 2012 when I was selling my house in Rossmoor and my listing was about to expire. As soon as I met Nancy, I knew I wanted her to take over the listing in Rossmoor. Nancy not only sold my Rossmoor house quickly, she completed the purchase of the Fountain Valley home for me. Nancy is relentless at getting the best job done?plus she is professional, smart and a classy lady. She always dresses professionally, which is so rare nowadays. I respect & admire her determination to her clients. When I decided to sell my home again, there was only one number I would call, Nancy. I called Nancy, told her I wanted to sell my house. She came right over & we got it listed. It was Thanksgiving weekend and I said I wanted it in escrow by Dec. 15. No problem for Nancy, she got it done! Even today we are still friends and she always takes time from her busy schedule and family to check in from time to time. My brother passed away unexpectedly. He had a home in the Costa Mesa, Newport Beach area in California. Nancy Andreason was the first to contact me after my brothers property was listed in the probate court record.
