ZillowVERIFIEDSophia is a true professional with deep real estate and market expertise as well as excellent advising and negotiation skills. We have worked with her in both purchases and sales of our properties, and she has been a trusted advisor and true advocate every step of the way. I would take any and all opportunities to work with her again.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had the pleasure to work with Sophia when we moved to Seattle from the east coast. Brand new to the area, Sophia took the time to introduce the different neighborhoods to us. She went above and beyond market research and gave us street to street comparison until we found what best fitted us. She always showed up early for our appointments and strived for our best interests. She even stayed through our renovations after closing, connecting us to vendors and contacts. I would highly recommend Sophia!
ZillowVERIFIEDSophia is elegant, multilingual, intelligent, approachable and dedicated to her career. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to work with a skilled, reliable expert who is invested, ethical, and caring. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again in the future and recommend her to my friends and family.
ZillowVERIFIEDSophia did an outstanding job with assisting me in the first phase of the home buying process. She is very knowledgeable, understanding, supportive, and honest. She was very committed to helping me and providing vital information and connecting me to other support related to this process. She made this a very welcoming experience. I appreciate her expertise and look forward with working with her again.
ZillowVERIFIEDI was struggling with my renter who was behind on rent and enlisted Sophia to help. She was kind and professional. She approached my renters with grace and dignity by offering her services to get them into more affordable housing and we were able to come to a compromise on the back rent that was owed. On top of that she helped me secure new tenants almost immediately.
