After posting my intent to sell 2 properties through probate, Nancy Andreason contacted me. She informed me she had worked with Probate sales on multiple occasions, and prepared a lengthily research package of the local and current home market. I live over 120 miles away, and after speaking to her by phone twice, was convinced she was perfect to handle the sale. She had all the paperwork needed in advance to close the deal if I chose to, yet no pressure. I was amazed at how much burden Nancy took off my shoulders, staying in contact at every step of its progress. She was super helpful with the probate procedures, saving hours of research, as I had never gone through the process before, and there was no will. Nancy also helped prepare the property as needed for the sale, and was confident the current market may get a sale above market price. Nancy Andreason was not only professional, but personable. She arranged for many of the upgrades on a 2nd property while dealing with the sale of this one. At the end of the sale, I was very impressed with how she managed potential buyers to avoid any possibility of stalling, and managed a $160,000 increase in the final sale, as well as getting an additional $35,000 for the 2nd property . Having Escrow within the office was helpful. Questions that needed answers, were handled in minutes, and took less than an hour to complete. I dont know of any realtor devoting so much time and effort as Nancy Andreason did. I was lucky and blessed that she choose to tackle my upcoming sales, willing to act 2 months before clearing Probate. Nancy not only gained trust, she proved it beyond expectations.
