Coldwell Banker Realty

Working with Jonathan Wyse was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. From our first conversation, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Jonathan took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the process with patience and confidence. What really stood out was his attention to detail, honest communication, and ability to negotiate effectively on my behalf. I never felt pressured or rushedaEUR"just supported and well-informed. He went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and thanks to his expertise, the entire transaction was smooth and stress-free. If youre looking for a reliable, hard-working, and personable realtor who truly cares about his clients, I cant recommend Jonathan enough. I wouldnt hesitate to work with him again or refer him to friends and family. Thank you, Jonathan, for helping Amanda and me sell our home!

Ashley made sure all my needs were met throughout the coarse of the process very knowledgeable and helpful along the way even when I thought I was going to have been passed on we were able to come to the negotiating table and get it done

Ashley was an absolute blessing and joy to work with! She was always available for questions and anything we needed during our home search process! I will recommend her to anyone !!!! Thank you Ashley!!!!!

Ashley was such a huge help throughout my process of buying my first home! She was always ready for any questions whenever I had them. The whole process of buying a home especially for me anyway being my first house it was a very easy process! If you are looking for a realtor I would 100% recommend Ashley!

As first time home buyers, we came into the process with little knowledge, fear, and a mountain of questions. By the end of the process with Juan, he felt more like family then our Realtor. He helped us through some really difficult moments throughout the process and showed a genuine interest in the purchase of our first home. He NEVER made us feel like his only interest was a sale. He showed that he really cared. He is incredibly responsive and easy to reach. He also advocated for our needs and made sure that major issues we're taken care of when necessary and done the right way. I would recommend him to anyone, whether your first home or 5th. He has become as much a part of this home as we are. We're grateful to him.
