ZillowVERIFIED If you're buying or selling Tom is the best there is. He has helped me purchase 2 rentals and get tenants in the first one. He has bought and sold for numerous friends and family and comes highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED As always, Tom set the price well, promoted the property before the listing went live to get attention, and as a result our home sold the day after the listing was on the market. The house sold for over list price. Tom has sold several properties for us over the years, always a good experience. He answers questions promptly and is good with nervous sellers (like us!). We always recommend Tom to friends thinking about selling or buying property.

ZillowVERIFIED Tom is a top notch realtor. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the home buying process, he will walk you through all the details of the home, the area, the mortgage process, and even set you up with a lender. We were working on a deal that had many ups and downs, and he held it all together for us, negotiated on our behalf, made sure he was readily available to answer any questions and be there on time as needed. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable in every aspect of the process and industry and able to show you the good and bad in a home. He stuck with us until the end and never gave up ultimately making our familys dreams a reality. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home, he will make it happen for you, go above and beyond, and take the process and make it fun rather than stressful. Great guy who is great at what he does.

ZillowVERIFIED Tom is a real professional. He and his team helped us sell our home and purchase our new one in a seamless manner. In this sellers market he helped us get the most for our home which in turn allowed us to be aggressive in our offer for our new home. We heard horror stories of people looking for months and loosing houses they loved. Tom refused to let this happen to us. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Tom helped us sell our first home and walk us through the process. He was very helpful in explaining all the terminology and any questions we had in both the selling and purchasing our of new home. He helped us negotiate the maximum price for the sell of our home (needed some work) and we met the buyer in what they'd like to pay for what we finished up in the house. Tom also showed us several properties until we finally found the one that we purchase. He is awesome and was able to get us the property in this very competitive market.

ZillowVERIFIED I've known Tom for about 15 years. I met him while working as an administrative assistant for the Real Estate team he was on when he first became a Realtor. I knew from his personality, kindness and integrity that when the time came for me to select a Realtor, I'd be calling on Tom. Tom did not disappoint. He was responsive, informative and honest with me every step of the way. In a short span of time, he walked me through applying for my mortgage, deciding which properties were worth my while to walk through and finally, putting the winning offer in on my first home. Tom knows what he's doing and I felt he was as emotionally invested in this journey as I was. I never felt like I needed him to be doing more of anything. He answered all of my questions and concerns no matter the time of day. When he was unavailable he had connected me to another responsive and kind team member of his. I know Tom gets up every day and puts his whole heart into his job for his beautiful family, and because he's passionate about what he does it's never just a commission for Tom. Choose him as your guy, you won't be disappointed.
