ZillowVERIFIED Jonathan is easily the best realtor I've ever dealt with. My home was a tough sell and I knew that. Jonathan helped me determine exactly what I should fix up to help sell the house and what wasn't necessary. He defended the pricing when it was questioned and he got an inspector to recheck items that the buyer's inspection said were deficient to show that they were incorrect. My house was on the market several times before with realtors that were not responsive. Jonathan had excellent communication and he had an offer in less than 2 months! I would definitely recommend him to anyone that asks!!

We were first time home owners, and had little to no experience in the area of home purchasing. We were very nervous, but Jon was able to guide us through the process with a pretty unbiased opinion. He told us the pros and cons that came with the properties that we looked at, and taught us about the responsibilities of being home owners. At no time did we feel pressured to buy the houses that he showed us. We went through almost a dozen, and none of them felt quite right. ZillowVERIFIED After meeting with just listing agents on a few house in 2014, I reached out to Jonathan after seeing his high reviews on Zillow and they were well warranted. Jonathan will respond and help to his best ability 24/7 and that's not being cliche. I would text or email him on weekends or late at night and would always get a response shortly after. He also provides a good balance of helping to understand the process as a first time home buyer but in no way did he ever pressure us into making an offer or considering an offer that we weren't fully behind. If you are looking for the right real estate agent, your search should stop here as you wont be disappointed.
