Roni is a very knowledgeable, professional, and driven realtor. She helped us purchase our home and then also sell it 8 years later. The house was sold in 10 days and closed in a little over 1 month. Roni was a spectacular buyers' agent for us. We met her in January before our move. She was fantastic! Picked us up at our hotel and we saw numerous houses in a couple of days. She is very intuitive. She knew what we wanted after a couple of days. When we moved here in March, it's wasn't long before she found our perfect house! Very knowledgeable about the whole Sarasota area and, for us, also the Lakewood Ranch community. She knew the ins and outs of the costs of buying a house and the costs of maintaining it.
