ZillowVERIFIEDTiffany and her team are absolutely the real estate agents you will want to work with when searching for your Southwest Florida dream home. We were working from afar (Iowa) when we started our search, and Tiffany made a long distance purchase incredibly easy. She clearly knows the Bradenton/Sarasota area well, and after listening intently to what we were looking for, she guided us to the perfect purchase. Professional in her approach, honest and candid with her feedback, responsive to our many requests, and hardworking and dedicated are all appropriate descriptions of how she interacted with us. You need her to be a part of your real estate purchase or sale team!

ZillowVERIFIED I loved working with Tiffany. I was newly widowed and Tiffany helped me sell my home that my husband and I had lived in for 30 years. We received around nineteen bids in 48 hours and because of her expertise I was able to choose the best deal for my circumstances. The closing could not have gone smoother. I decided to build a villa in a local development and it was during all the building shortages. Tiffany was right on top of things and helped bring my villa to completion. I would recommend her to everyone and I do. She has also helped one of my friends sell her house too. She communicates well and will do what it takes to get the job done

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany and her team are beyond words amazing. Her attention to detail and thorough follow up are unlike others we dealt with in this industry. In the past I felt like I had to drag answers out and be the one to check in on status. But with Tiffany- she kept us all in line! She was constantly working in the background to keep everyone on track and informed. She also is a phenomenal negotiator, and thought to ask for things I never would have realized was an option. Her knowledge and experience brought so much value to the entire process. She asked thoughtful and meaningful questions along the way. Beyond her skills mentioned above, she is just the most amazing person to deal with. She treats everyone with respect and genuine kindness. You can tell instantly when meeting her that you are in good hands with an honest person who will fight for you in your corner, but do so in the most respectful way. I honestly cant recommend this realtor enough! She will bring so much value and joy to your home purchase or sale experience. And I guarantee you a friend when its all over!

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany and her team were absolutely fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough about her professionalism, her knowledge, and drive to deliver. Working with anyone else would be sub-par. Working with Tiffany made everything so much easier and less stressful. When I tell people about all the ways she went above and beyond they are always impressed.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany helped us to buy our home at the end of 2018. Her experience in realty shined through each step of the way. Tiffany and her team of professionals are a well-oiled machine from start to finish! She helped to answer all of our questions and to clarify any doubts that we had. Thanks to her knowledge and expertise, we were able to close on our house quickly and seamlessly. We don't hesitate to recommend Tiffany to our family and friends. In fact, I have lost count of how many of our friends and family members she has also helped secure a new home in the last five years...my parents, my aunts and uncles and my good friends to name a few.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany was able to help us find a home after 2 years of looking, making offers and going under contract, and not being able to close on a home. The knowledge, processes expertise, responsiveness, and her negotiation skills are why we will be recommending her to anyone. 10/10. Hands down worth every penny having her team. Tiffany was honest and gave us the tools and info needed as first-time home buyers to get a home under contract and close with no hiccups. As said before 10/10... wouldn't consider anyone else. ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany helped us find a new house in a very difficult sellers market. I have never before made a house deal so quickly; it took 2 weeks from listing to us having closed and moved in! Being new to real estate in the US and Sarasota in particular, Tiffany and Jaclyn were super helpful and responsive with all questions we had. I cant remember how many houses we looked or inquired about but I do recall that nothing was ever to much for them. Tiffany took calls at any hour and due to this and her absolute overall professionalism I can wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in this market. No funny business with Tiffany, just straight and honest dealing with the client front and center.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany is an amazing realtor. She took the time to get to know our likes and dislikes, from that she selected several neighborhoods she felt would be of interest to us. She has a thorough knowledge of this area, knows which builders and developers built the best products. Tiffany found us our home when we were out of town, she took us on a FaceTime tour and sent additional videosaEUR|because of how hot the market is we made the offer while traveling. Titans was spot on with her assessment, we got the house we wanted. All aspects of closing were handled professionally. Definitely recommend Tiffany Hamilton, amazing realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany helped my wife and I immensely with the real estate process to purchase a new-build home in the Venice area. After viewing several older homes with Tiffany, we saw the benefits of new-build home during our open conversations. Tiffany was helpful with us to set up the initial new-home contract by explaining all the terms and conditions and making recommendations on negotiations. She conducted the Pre-drywall walk through with the Construction Manager to make sure construction specs were being followed. Even the Construction Manager was impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of the construction process. Though the construction timeline was longer that expected due to pandemic induced issues, Tiffany helped us have a smooth and successful closing. We highly recommend Tiffany, for her honest and knowledgeable real estate assistance.

ZillowVERIFIED 7000000% the best realtor in this city! Tiffany will fight for you to get the house of your dreams! When we bought our home, it was so competitive (obviously) and Tiffany wrote us the best letter with our offer which ultimately led to the seller choosing our offer over similar offers. She was so thorough throughout the inspection process as well and walked us through every step.

ZillowVERIFIED We had always dreamed of living in Florida. And, after much thought we FINALLY made the decision to make the move from Ohio. We began the process by looking at homes on Zillow. After finding a home we thought would suit our needs, I nervously clicked on the contact agent button. That was our lucky day when Tiffany came into our lives. She patiently took time to get to know us and helped us through the process of finding the right house in the right location for the right price. Tiffany's "Team" was so helpful and professional, making the purchase of our new home go smoothly. We are beyond grateful to Tiffany's expertise, work ethic, and kindness as she guided us through this process. She helped make our dream come true. Sue & Dave

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany helped my family to buy a new house in December of this year (2019). She very quickly tuned in to the type of home that we were looking for and strategically showed us homes in areas that suited us and were within our budget. She also connected us to a well-developed team of professionals that were able to help us with every facet of the home-buying process. In less than two months, we were moving into a perfect home for us! She is a rare find in the world of real estate. She understands the area, its people and how to navigate the negotiation process. I can't recommend her highly enough!

She worked so hard and saved us money with her negotiating skills. She has a vast network of professionals that added to the simplicity of the home buying experience. Thank you Tiffany, you deserve 10 stars put of 5. We will confidently recommend your services to anyone that might be interested in selling or purchasing their next home. Jeff and Shayla

ZillowVERIFIED Where do we start? Tiffany was a true blessing to us in our home buying experience. In this crazy market we were kind of worried but Tiffany totally made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. She was there for us from day one with any questions we may have had and she would always get back to us almost immediately most of the time. Her knowledge and expertise made our process of buying a home one to remember. She was there to greet us with hugs at our home viewings and always explained everything to us regardless if she thought we may have known just to make sure we were all on the same page. She is a really great negotiator and very prompt. A few issues came up on the inspection of our new home and in no time Tiffany made sure that those issues were corrected and even got us a slightly lower price on the home. She kept the lines of communication open always with all the entities involved in the transaction and even my lender praised her on how well she kept on top of things. Tiffany made us feel at ease throughout the entire process and her kind, warm and genuine approach to working with us will forever make us loyal to her. We will absolutely, without a doubt recommended Tiffany to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home. We doubt that we would have had a better experience with anyone else and we can't wait to start recommending her to our friends looking to get into the market. They will fall in love with her just as we did. Thank you Tiffany from the bottom of our hearts for your patience with us and for helping us find our dream home. We are so glad you came highly recommended to us and glad we listened. I'm sure everyone you deal with will have the same great experience we did.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany went above and beyond. Finding a suitable place to rent was a challenge, because of my two dogs (and their size). Knowing my needs, she made sure to show me listings of only places that were open to my pups. Timing my transitioning from NJ to FL was a challenge, and Tiff was there for me at each step, even after she'd found me a place. I had to start my lease a full month before I was ready to move, and I didn't like the idea of being responsible for a house that was vacant. She volunteered to make periodic "security checks" to make sure everything at the property was in order until I made my way to FL. In short, she didn't consider that her job was done simply because I signed a leave on the property she found for me. I highly recommend working with Tiffany. She's knowledgeable and conscientious, and as a bonus, she's a genuinely nice person!

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany did an exceptional job in finding the perfect Florida vacation home for us. She is professional, knowledgable, thorough, pays close attention to her clients needs, is excellent with follow through and communication!! We now have the home we were looking for and purchased it for the price we wanted to pay! Since we are long distance buyers we have had to rely heavily on Tiffany for help with everything from who to use for insurance and house cleaners to being there for furniture deliveries. Her service after the sale is amazing. We can not imagine working with anyone else~she truly is the best!!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Tiffany to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Sarasota area. I met Tiffany at an open house, and from that point on she has continued to go above and beyond my expectations. I had been looking for a vacation home in the Sarasota area for a while, and the real estate agents I had been working with werent receptive to what I was looking for, and would send me hundreds of listings, regardless of whether they actually met my criteria. It felt as if they werent working for me. Tiffany, along with Christine Huxtable, took the time to actually look through, and filter out the houses that didnt meet my criteria. She was honest about each property we looked at, and gave reasons why certain houses might not be a good fit for me. Things I might not have noticed, or wouldnt know about because I was not from the area. Once we started putting in offers on homes, and the counter-offers would come back higher than where we wanted to be price-wise, there was absolutely no pressure to accept, or re-counter. She was more than happy to move on and keep looking. Tiffany also continued to impress us by helping us AFTER we closed on the home. She was more than willing to help us pick out furniture, provide names of contractors, home inspectors, carpet cleaners, etc. Since we were not from the area, this was a huge help. It is clear that Tiffany puts her clients first. This is the type of person you want in your court when buying or selling a home aEUR" someone who looks out for you, not just a commission check.

ZillowVERIFIED She caught many details while we were viewing the property that we might have missed without her. She even took some pictures to help us review what we had observed. She worked late into the night to guide us through the offer process. If she had a question, she immediately got help to make sure she was giving us the best possible advice. Our overall experience was excellent and we closed on the property she showed us. You can not do better than that!

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany is nothing short of amazing. In being first time home buyers, she was always there for us making sure we had the information we needed and really had the ability to stay practical when it came to our needs and wants. She was always there to answer questions and had no qualms doing the research to make sure we had the best answer out there. She made the process fun even through the stressors, worked hard to get us a really great first home and even made closing early possible. Really went above and beyond. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone and can't wait to do business with her in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany was such a pleasure to work with. The moment we spoke I knew I could trust her with finding us a property in Sarasota. She is a mom so she knows about schools and the community. We live 1200 miles from Sarasota so we jumped on a property that we didn't even see, trusting her opinion, and I can't say how happy I am we did, because we are SO happy with our new home in Sarasota! Definitely reccomend this warm, caring woman! Excellent people person and Realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Tiffany was instrumental in helping me get approved to lease the house that I wanted to lease, which is not necessarily an easy thing in Sarasota where rentals go fast. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Originally, I connected with Tiffany to view a different property than the one I ended up selecting. I did not tell Tiffany about the other property because it was on a different website and I had already called the rental company. But when I was unable to get a viewing scheduled for the second property in a timely fashion, I called Tiffany and asked if she could help. Within 1/2 hour, we were in the second property taking a look around and deciding that it was the one for me. Tiffany helped me understand what aspects of the rental and lease were negotiable. She also read the lease and gave me her professional opinion about how I should handle the approval process. In the end, I would not have been able to rent the house that I wanted if it had not been for Tiffany!
