ZillowVERIFIEDWe are from Maine and were apprehensive about purchasing a house 1500 miles away however Ashley put us at ease. Ashley showed us several houses via video. We felt like were in the home! Ashley's videos were easy to follow and she pointed out pros and cons of the houses that she knew was important to us. Her memory (of what was important to us) was impressive. Ashley was knowledgeable, professional, and very well prepared. If Ashley did not know the answer, she was quick to find it. She showed us houses in Siesta Key, other parts of Sarasota, Bradenton and Venice. She was extremely familiar with all of the areas. We decided on a house in Siesta Key. A house Ashley found for us! We bought it sight unseen, we paid cash for the house, we weren't able to attend the closing. We didn't see the house in person until after the closing. That is how much trust we had (have) in Ashley Goldstein and her partner Jordan. We could not be happier with our decision. Whether your are looking for a Florida house in 5 months or five years, I encourage you to establish a relationship with Ashley and Jordan. You will be happy you did! Lastly, it has been several months since the closing and Ashley and Jordan STILL check in on us. They are above and beyond!

We started to talk more after finding out that the property wasnt a good fit and she took the time to listen to what my situation was and what I was trying to do. She laid out what options we had to get to the finish line. Next thing you know were looking at another property and getting my house ready for listing. ZillowVERIFIED Ashley is THE BEST! Every aspect of working with her to buy a home was absolutely seamless. Within MINUTES of reaching out to her initially, I was on a call with her describing what kind of home my family was looking for. The NEXT DAY she was taking us on showings. She made us feel like a top priority, answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly and ultimately found us a home better than we could've ever dreamed of. (Quick example - we REALLY wanted outdoor space and, for our budget, had basically resigned to the fact that we would have a small patio, at best. Now we are moving into a home on a HUGE lot/private backyard full of beautiful trees with a creek behind.) She advocated for us and our priorities and helped us secure the home we wanted in a super competitive market. Even after the sale was done, she's gone above and beyond to be a resource for us. ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was very pleasant to deal with and when asked a question for the most part she got an answer quickly. However there were a number of times when I felt like we were having to fend for ourselves and not receiving enough guidance. The frosting on the cake came when I had to expand another $6000 to replace the air-conditioning two months after closing. Seemed awfully soon to have a major expense like that without some offer of assistance.

Well that house didnt work out so she took our info and we looked at others houses on our own until a few days later she called me & said that they were building new homes in Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch. We were so excited because we were going home the next day -finding no home & disappointed. Well we met Ashley there at D.R. Horton in Bradenton & loved the new Cali Home & the property it was being built on so we decided that day to purchase the new home. We signed the contract the next day before leaving to go back to N. Y. She called & text us during our wait while the house was being built. She was so awesome to remember us & to give us that call & now we are very happy to have moved in to our new home.
