Coldwell Banker Realty

Krista is absolutely the best! She responded to my initial inquiry quickly and within 24 hours we had met and agreed to sell the house. Her communication, professionalism and enthusiasm were exactly what I needed selling this house from out of state. We sold quickly and for a great price. Dont waste your time with anyone else, just call Krista!

Krista was amazing to work with! She got things done quickly and was very thorough anytime I would ask her questions. She has many years of experience and it shows! I highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home to reach out to her, she's the best!

Krista is the bestest! She sold 2 houses for us, BOTH selling on the first showings. Couldnt recommend her more. She is an expert in her field. She will work 24/7 to get you the results you want!

I just used Kristas services for a third time. Ive bought two homes with her and sold one. Shes a fantastic agentaEUR|in your corner for the entire process. Her goal is to help you find your dream home and/or sell your home for the best price. And shes successful! She responds to your questions in a timely manner and makes you feel like a priority. You cannot go wrong with Krista by your side!

Krista is absolutely incredible to work with. Extensive knowledge and honest advice everytime we work with her. We chose Krista because of how personable and professional she is. Every question we had a long the way Krista was prompt and always had an answer for what we needed. Her social media is above average and the marketing in listing our house felt so much more involved compared to other realtors we saw.
