Heather was an amazing, and highly recommended realtor in the Pittsburgh area. She was actually referred to us by her previous client and sure thing she exceeds our expectations. Shes very responsive and knowledgeable. Heather also helped us getting connected with the dumpster company in the area during the clean out process. She also helped with a plumbing work for the house when after the first inspection, the seller came back and asked that plumbing need to be redone.

Heather was great. She is very knowledgeable about the Pittsburgh housing market. She made things easy and gave great advice and good suggestions on making the property more sellable. It was a difficult market, but we were able to sell the property. This is the second property Heather helped me sell. We also sold a property in 2022. I trust her and will use her again when I sell or buy again.

Heather was great! She answered all our question we had prior to listing our house. She was super knowledgeable! She listed our house and had it under contract in about a month. She made closing super easy and convenient. She even helped us out after closing when we had packages delivered to our old house. She listened to all our concerns and was never pushy! It was a great experience!

Getting Heather's help was the best decision we made both as sellers and as buyers. As a buyer's agent, Heather really got to know our preferences and personalities and was able to target properties we would really want to see and made great use of our limited time. When it was time to negotiate, Heather was able to get us a steal of a house in a very competitive market for buyers. Heather also shepherded us through the stressful inspection and closing process. As great as our buying experience was, Heather's biggest chance to shine was as our seller's agent. Our house had some negative history that required honest disclosure and was in need of some cosmetic repair prior to listing. Heather helped us to identify repairs that would get us the most return, and connected us with contractors who were honest and fairly priced. Without her input we would have spent money needlessly on things that would not have boosted marketability. Heather is uniquely talented at marketing properties, and even with full disclosures our house was under contract within one day of listing for far more than we had anticipated or hoped.
