ZillowVERIFIED Krista is absolutely incredible to work with. Extensive knowledge and honest advice everytime we work with her. We chose Krista because of how personable and professional she is. Every question we had a long the way Krista was prompt and always had an answer for what we needed. Her social media is above average and the marketing in listing our house felt so much more involved compared to other realtors we saw.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Krista by doing an internet search and she had amazing reviews! Now we know why.... Krista is the best! Do not hesitate! From the first meeting, Krista was on top of things! Any questions or concerns she immediately gets the answer. Even the first showing of properties, if we had any specific questions that required reaching out to the listing agent, builder, County, etc., Krista would have the answer before we arrived at the next home. As a purchaser, it was so nice to be able to keep notes on each house in current time. If any issues arise, she will find the problem and get it corrected immediately. Krista is very knowledgeable about ALL areas in and around Pittsburgh and being new to the area, that was so helpful learning what each area has to offer. She has videos online and even after purchasing, we are still watching her videos to find fun things to do in different areas in and around the city. We would definitely recommend Krista! If you are thinking about buying or selling, call Krista! Thanks Krista! We really appreciate you and all of your help in buying our home!

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Krista and would absolutely work with her again! Highly recommend. Her fun personality, years of experience, and overall knowledge about real estate were all top notch but that wasnt even the best part about working with her. Krista is the kind of realtor who is really going to aEUR~fight for you and that is why we chose to work with her and would work with her again. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, happy, and werent going to be taken advantage of in purchasing, negotiating, or in selling. She always went the extra step to make sure all was perfect. Beyond all of that, her communication was unbelievable. It did not matter where she was or when it was- she made sure to answer us in a timely manner each and every time which for us was huge! We couldnt recommend her more.

ZillowVERIFIED Had our house sold in ONE day!!! Krista had a wonderful listing prepared for us and didnt even get the sign up and the house was sold! What more could we have asked for? Kristas personality shines while being very professional, making her fun to work with. Ive known Krista a long time and would choose no one else for the job of buying or selling our home. Our inspection showed a slightly bulging wall under a porch. Krista had a contact for us to use and their price was the best, by far, out of the three prices we got. She helps with everything! Thank you so much Krista.

ZillowVERIFIED How much can I possibly add? Krista is legendary. For us as first home buyers, there were a lot of feelings of inadequacy and insecurity. Krista never once made us feel like the newbies that we are! She empowered us to make informed decisions and refocused us on what we were searching for. Never once did her help feel predicated on making a quick dollar or getting us out of her hair. She is such a master of her craft and a dedicated, heartfelt human. Anyone will feel cared for by hiring her.

ZillowVERIFIED We searched for a house to downsize in for 5 years. Krista was patient and always looked out for us. We ran into a few dishonest sellers along the way and she protected us every time! She is always available and always professional. She has continued to answer questions and address issues long after her official responsibility to us is done. The sale of our home was a dream. It was easier than I could have ever imagined. HIGHLY recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED When I think about Krista's hard work, I can't help but think about this expression that I've heard once: "Quality loves details". Not only Krista is extremely knowledgeable about Pittsburgh real estate market, she is also a very savvy when it comes to navigating social media platforms, such as her channel, which is how I got to know Krista. While I can't deny that I was not hoping for much reaching out to a stranger, it only took one phone call for me to realize that Krista really cares about her clients and takes note of what matters the most, which is attention detail. Not only I was able to get all of my questions answered in the way that makes the most sense, what was also very helpful is when she connected me to her partners, such as Michel Wright, a loan officer. This certainly helped expedite the process and allow me to move in my new house very soon, especially for someone who was coming from out of state. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Best realtor in the Pittsburgh region! We first met Krista in 2015 when we moved back to the Pittsburgh area. She was exceptionally helpful throughout the buying process and ultimately helped us find the perfect house for our growing family. Fast forward to 2023, when it came time to sell our house, there was no question about who we wanted to work with. Even with a slight dip in the market, Krista's commitment to perfection and unique marketing efforts helped us secure an offer above asking in days, while other houses in our neighborhood sat unsold. Whether buying or selling, you won't find a more knowledgeable, friendly, supportive realtor. Her passion and love for her job are obvious in her results and continued awards. No one will better serve you in the Pittsburgh market!

ZillowVERIFIED Can not recommend Krista highly enough! She recently helped us purchase a home in PA while we were still living in OR, sight unseen. Because she was so knowledgeable and helpful, we felt very comfortable making our purchase. She went over and above in all aspects, even keeping in touch on her vacation. She also did an amazing job anticipating our needs, including helping us find a great inspection company and even recommending someone to cut our lawn. Definitely the best realtor we have ever used.

ZillowVERIFIED Krista Lorenzo was AMAZING to work with as we house hunted this year! She was honest, professional, flexible and made the whole experience enjoyable, FUN and stress-free. We found a new home that is so perfect for our family that has grown and in need of more space - AND, even better: sold the house we owned for almost 10 years in a very short period of time. The whole process can be overwhelming - but not with Krista. She guided us every step of the way and has our highest recommendation if you are looking to buy or sell in the Pittsburgh area!

ZillowVERIFIED Krista Lorenzo is an amazing realtor! We found her through some of her online videos when we needed a house asap for my fiancA(C) to start his new job in a new area coming all the way from California. She enlisted her fellow realtor Bob to have the boots on the ground with us and helped us narrow down exactly where we wanted to be since we didnt know the area at all. The process was really easy for us and we were able to find our perfect first home after 4 days. Definitely recommend Krista for all future realtor needs :)

ZillowVERIFIED Krista Lorenzo provided a five-star performance in the sale of my house in Bethel Park! I really dreaded the complexity of the entire selling process- from selecting a realtor, dealing with all the paperwork, the staging, and showing of the house. Krista was recommended to me by a trusted friend. She turned a complex process into a simple one. She quickly decided how best to stage the house, helped in determining an asking price and quickly handled the marketing tin order to get the house on the market asap! Within a week the house was on market, an open house was held and by the end of the week several offers were on the table. An uneventful closing quickly followed with Krista navigating any issues that arose. Krista made the process simple. Great job by a great real estate agent! Harry Kilvanick

ZillowVERIFIED Krista was everything I could ask for in a realtor. She is EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable and made touring potential houses fun. The process from start to finish was painless. If I had a question, Krista always had an answer. She was always available, no matter the time (Received the call that my wife and I got the house we bid on late in the evening on Valentines Day.). That right there shows she goes above and beyond. It doesn't matter the time. She will always have your best interest in mind. She is not afraid to be open and honest when touring a home. I couldn't have asked for more. You WILL NOT be disappointed with Krista as your realtor!!

ZillowVERIFIED We love working with Krista! We were looking to sell our investment property this year, and after she had helped us both buy a new home and sell our house in 2017, there was no doubt in our minds that we were going to work with her again. Though we ran into a few hiccups along the way (none of which were reflective of or due to Krista and the work she was doing!), Krista was right by our side and helped us through the selling process, and ultimately it ended with a successful sale. Krista is communicative, will advocate for her clients, and knows the business of realty inside and out. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for assistance in selling or buying a home! :)

ZillowVERIFIED The housing market is crazy right now! You need someone to fight for you every step of the way and Krista did just that! When we found a house we wanted to look at she got us in with just a few hours notice. When we found the perfect house she gave us her professional advice on what we kind of offer we needed to put on the table to win the bidding war. We won! Krista is available 24/7 to answer questions, give her advice, or just talk about the stressful process of buying a house in this market. Sometimes we need our hand held to make it through! Krista also helped us sell our condo and with her strategy we got 31 viewings and 9 amazing offers. She knows what shes doing! Krista fought for us every step of the way with offers, viewings, and buyer and seller inspections. She truly made this crazy market seem like everything was easy. She helped me buy my first condo when I was 24. She helped me sell that condo and buy a beautiful 3 bedroom home with my husband during a pandemic and shell definitely be there for our retirement home on a beach somewhere!
