She is just one of those people who obviously loves their job and her talent at it comes from that. Even though I did end up being able to get a house in the area she is the first agent I would use if I ever get the ability to move there.

We looked at a large number of homes during a seven months period before finding the house which was perfect for us. Carol was very helpful during this entire time. She knew exactly what we wanted and was always available to either show us the property herself or make arrangements with the listing agent for us. She was always patient with us and no question was considered insignificant. Carol was always supportive when things did not go as we might have liked and knew there was the right house out there for us. She knew the area very well and the many agents we needed to work with. Carol was also extremely helpful with assisting us with the financing part of the house.

Patty has been working with me to locate an antique home on a limited budget in a competitive seller's market. Throughout this process, she has been a consummate professional. I can always count on her to be friendly with listing agents and home inspectors. She's willing to travel to New Haven, Middlesex, New London, and Windham counties and has taken the time to do market analyses for me to determine if renovation expenses would result in an increase in the house's value and a recoupment of my investment. Patty is never judgmental about my taste in homes and provides good advice on pricing and negotiation. I can't recommend her highly enough.

The best! I would HIGHLY recommend Cathy Lynch if you are in search of a realtor. My boyfriend and I relocated to Madison from out of state and Cathy was seriously the best realtor we could have asked for. We were still living in Virginia while looking for homes and would sometimes only have a day to look at houses and Cathy always managed to line up all of the houses we were interested in seeing. She was very understanding and patient about our situation. We were first time home buyers and had a million questions and she was more than happy to answer them all! On top of all that our budget wasnt huge and our wish list wasnt small and she helped us find a BEAUTIFUL home for a great deal. She made the process enjoyable and easy for us. I usually dont write reviews but Cathy was so great to us that I just HAD to! THANK YOU CATHY :)
