She helped us through every step of selling our home and finding our new one and was consistently professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Avoid. Be cautious. Read your contract carefully and understand exactly what obligations your agent believes they owe you regarding loyalty, disclosure, and advocacy. In short: we independently found, toured, and brought a property to Cathy Lynch, then signed an exclusive agency agreement with her for this property. We completed our own comps research and analysis, shared the details with her, and our offer was supposedly aEURoerejected.aEUR? Only months later did we learn that Cathy personally represented her other buyer who purchased the property just 4 days after our aEURoerejectionaEUR? for the same exact offer price we had first submitted. Coldwell Banker later confirmed that Cathy had also been representing another buyer before and during the same timeframe. This had never been disclosed or explained to us. There were red flags throughout the process, including delays, discouragement, and communication concerns. At the time, we interpreted those issues as meaning there was something wrong with the property or that Cathys errors were simply because she was disorganized. We did not understand then that Cathy was also representing another buyer pursuing the same property. We were distressed but trapped in an agreement with her, unable to purchase the property without her, and meanwhile she was helping her other buyer purchase the property. The lack of disclosure and transparency created significant stress and confusion and financial consequences for our family. Beyond the contractual issues, the experience left us shocked and deeply disappointed. When confronted, Cathy showed no remorse, no evidence of how she protected our interests or advocated for us; and she then attempted to recall emails shed previously sent me. I am still in shock at this blatantly unethical and callous experience.

The best! I would HIGHLY recommend Cathy Lynch if you are in search of a realtor. My boyfriend and I relocated to Madison from out of state and Cathy was seriously the best realtor we could have asked for. We were still living in Virginia while looking for homes and would sometimes only have a day to look at houses and Cathy always managed to line up all of the houses we were interested in seeing. She was very understanding and patient about our situation. We were first time home buyers and had a million questions and she was more than happy to answer them all! On top of all that our budget wasnt huge and our wish list wasnt small and she helped us find a BEAUTIFUL home for a great deal. She made the process enjoyable and easy for us. I usually dont write reviews but Cathy was so great to us that I just HAD to! THANK YOU CATHY :)

I highly recommend Cathy Lynch as a realtor of the highest integrity. I recently relocated from the San Francisco area to the Madison Ct. area. I looked at several properties online and called several realtors. Cathy was the only one who answered my calls and showed a sincere interest. I scheduled an appointment with Cathy she showed me all the homes I had selected online. None of them appealed to me after seeing them in person. The second day of looking Cathy mentioned a home coming on the market in a few days, I asked to see it so she set up an appointment. I knew right away it was perfect for my family. I made an offer and with some negotiation we made a deal. We currently are living in the house and are very pleased. Cathy is very knowledgeable efficient and extremely personable wether you are a buyer or seller I suggest you contact her she is simply the best.
