ZillowVERIFIEDTo say Carol is amazing at her job is an understatement to the highest degree. I worked with a number of agents in the area when looking for a house to purchase and she was better than the next best agent by almost double in terms of local knowledge. She is just one of those people who obviously loves their job and her talent at it comes from that. Even though I did end up being able to get a house in the area she is the first agent I would use if I ever get the ability to move there.

ZillowVERIFIED We looked at a large number of homes during a seven months period before finding the house which was perfect for us. Carol was very helpful during this entire time. She knew exactly what we wanted and was always available to either show us the property herself or make arrangements with the listing agent for us. She was always patient with us and no question was considered insignificant. Carol was always supportive when things did not go as we might have liked and knew there was the right house out there for us. She knew the area very well and the many agents we needed to work with. Carol was also extremely helpful with assisting us with the financing part of the house.

ZillowVERIFIED Carol was able to be very down to earth but always professional, just the same. She was timely and never missed a mark. Weve been looking for places for quite some time. We originally were looking at condos and Carol managed to get us into a beautiful house that we are so happy with. Carol helped us with knowledge of the general area. She also gave us great suggestions and advice in regards to improving credit. Lastly, Carol happily provided futuristic suggestions for when we decide to buy a house. Overall, our experience was great. She kept us informed, provided suggestion, and was able to facilitate our endeavors. I dont think we could have done it without her-

ZillowVERIFIED Carol helped us find and purchase our dream home. She was very professional, personable and knowledgeable on the area. She went over and above to get the job done. She provided expert advice and service at all hours. Carol used her network of professionals wisely as she managed all that goes into finding, purchasing and closing on a home. She truly cared about our familys needs. We were out of state and the process was smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Carol and those she directed us to if you are buying or selling a home. Be confident and go right to this lady who knows her business. Thanks Carol! Great work! :)

ZillowVERIFIED Carol OHare is a very hard-working and dedicated realtor. We had previously had our home on the market for months with no results. When Carol met with us , she said I will sell your house ! within two months , she did . She was there every step of the way . Selling our home and helping us to get our new home . Everything from advising us to do things to enhance the home for sale , to connecting us with the right people to get things done and much more . She is very detail oriented and is by far the best at what she does . We would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a realtor .

ZillowVERIFIED Carol has been fantastic to work with. She immediately understood we are in the process of learning about the market and then buying a home. She continues to work hard to help find us a place, which will fit the whole family and her flexibility in handling all of our requests and questions has been very much appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED My first interaction with Carol was by telephone when my husband and I were still living in Fargo, ND. We knew we would be moving to CT in December of 2014 and we needed to find a rental home for the transition. I explained our situation to Carol, who immediately started looking for properties to show us. We travelled to CT on a house-hunting trip in mid-November and Carol had lined up several properties for us to see in three quick days. Carol negotiated a rental contract for us in a lovely rental in Deep River. Once we were living in CT, we worked with Carol on finding our forever home. We looked at lots of properties in Chester, Deep River, Essex, Westbrook and Old Saybrook. Carol remained patient with us knowing that eventually we would find the right one. We were always impressed by Carols knowledge of the area. She would share so much information on our drives from house to house. Once we found our dream home in Chester, Carol was able to negotiate a quick and fair deal for us. We have owned homes in the past so we were knowledgeable about the process, but Carol always ensured that we knew what was going on. She was a true advocate for us from negotiating the purchase price to the home inspection and more. My husband and I would recommend Carol to anyone. She is outstanding!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Without a doubt, great results. One open house and over 30 attendees. House sold very quickly and in a not too good market. Carol is the best. In addition, Carol also helped us with contacts who assisted in disposal via sale of items we no longer needed. Also provided contact who helped us stage the home for review.
