Selling your home and moving to another state can be extremely nerve-racking, but Betsy Ronel puts her heart and soul into putting you at ease throughout the entire process. She literally went above and beyond and made sure EVERYTHING went so smoothly. She made a point of ensuring my kids were managing well too; they loved the sweet treats she brought each time she came to our home. She understood and sympathized that this wasn't an easy transition. Betsy is a true professional. I'm currently working with Betsy because a friend referred me to her. We are searching for a house that meets all my needs including what I'm comfortable spending on taxes. I also need easy access to the train and highways. Weve already bid on a house I thought I loved but I didnt listen to Betsys advice and lost that house. She says when you find your house you will do whatever it takes to get that house. She is right. I didnt go to the mat for that house and I realize now I wasnt 100% behind that house. We are still looking and this time Ill listen to her advice and get my house! Shes dead on about pricing. She does research on all the house histories. And she has been a very strong negotiator. One thing I really value in her is her constant communication. Shes always available and explains the process so we understand how to buy a house up here. I'm from the city so Ive never heard of a septic system! Shes clear, direct and fun to work with.
