Coldwell Banker High Desert Realty

I recently purchased a home with Geo Bia as my realtor. He was very knowledgeable about the market and had access to many homes. He was very patient. He never forced or felt like I was wasting his time after countless emails, listing and showings. He was client centered and got my vision to bring it to life, for the home of my desire. He has good communication skills and was always reliable and available to help answer questions. He guided me through the process step by step, from putting in an offer to closing, where he was present. We closed basically on the set date with no hassle. He has a good resource systems of great banks options that highly respects him to a list on contractors. Upon closing his company gave me a courtesy call providing me with a list of utilities from cable to security system connecting me directly with these resources with appointment dates for installation that made my transfer of utilities super easy. Geo is very professional at the same time becomes like family. I plan to do future business with Geo Bia who now has become "My Home Boy".

Geo was a big help on selling property in Milan and a house in Gallup. He was very helpful in providing me information on both properties to allow me to set a starting price and negotiating to the selling price. I suffered from health matters that had me in and out of the hospital and Geo showed patience and understanding keeping me focused. I will highly recommend him to anyone I know who may be looking to buy or sell property and should I need assistance in purchasing or selling property again, I will definitely use Geo.

Geo worked with us on our first Land purchase in Candy Kitchen. He made the whole process for a first timer easy, taking time to explain the process while supporting us through the entire process, which moved along quickly. Thanks.

Geo was awesome to work with! After our first deal fell through he quickly helped us find another property. Every bit of the transaction was super smooth and easy. Geo was on top of everything, putting in a quick offer and making sure all the paperwork was completed and submitted. Geo stayed in close contact with us, the sellers, and the bank. One of the easiest closings we have had. I would definitely recommend Geo as both buyers and sellers agent! We will be working with him again in the future. Thanks Geo!!!

Working with Geo was a great experience from beginning to end and he went above and beyond in order to make the transaction occur as smoothly as possible and ensure that the transaction was fair on all sides despite fact that he was not even representing me as a buyers agent on my side! Geo is very responsive and answers all calls and emails in a timely manner which is extremely rare these days! I would highly recommend Geo for any and all of your New Mexico real estate transactions if youre looking for an amazing experience and an all around great realtor!
