ZillowVERIFIED I recently purchased a home with Geo Bia as my realtor. He was very knowledgeable about the market and had access to many homes. He was very patient. He never forced or felt like I was wasting his time after countless emails, listing and showings. He was client centered and got my vision to bring it to life, for the home of my desire. He has good communication skills and was always reliable and available to help answer questions. He guided me through the process step by step, from putting in an offer to closing, where he was present. We closed basically on the set date with no hassle. He has a good resource systems of great banks options that highly respects him to a list on contractors. Upon closing his company gave me a courtesy call providing me with a list of utilities from cable to security system connecting me directly with these resources with appointment dates for installation that made my transfer of utilities super easy. Geo is very professional at the same time becomes like family. I plan to do future business with Geo Bia who now has become "My Home Boy".

ZillowVERIFIED I appreciate Geo's help as buyer agent for my recent cash land purchase. It was my first cash purchase and he very professional and helpful with the process. One other significant thing for me that I appreciate is that I was able to secure a property that I thought I missed out on 7 months earlier because he remembered me when it came back on the market. Remembering my needs and making it happen was the deal sealer for me choosing him as my agent when I was just an old inquiry at that point. He told us to come in he got to know us on what we wanted in our home. When the paperwork started he was there every step of the way on how far the paperwork was. When we got approved he called us up told us it was time to house shop. Visited diferent house finally found the one. Even after all that he made sure we were comfortable in our in new home. ZillowVERIFIED We are moving to Gallup from south-central US. We met Geo in May, 2018, on our first trip here-our initial experience in this area. From then until now (7/18), we have received a stream of emails weekly with information on houses for sale which meet our criteria.We are currently in Gallup, working with Geo, and find him to be knowledgeable, timely, considerate, and responsive. We've not yet made an offer on the house we hope to buy, as we have a contractor working on estimates for major changes. Geo was extremely accommodating in meeting us at the house a second time so the contractor could go through it with us (for an hour-and-a-half). He then went to a second house we're interested in so the contractor could take a look at it. Later in the day, Geo met the contractor at the first house so that the contractor might take measurements.We've not yet experienced Geo as a negotiator on our behalf, but we've found him to be so helpful and attentive, we're pretty sure we can count on him in this way, as well.Because of the negative review I've just read, I want to be sure to offer our impressions-all positive, so far. And we were told by a couple we recently met that they're using Geo for a house purchase and have found him to be an excellent agent.Geo's response to the disparaging feedback is that of a gentleman who admits and learns from his mistakes, something sorely lacking in our culture these days. At this point, we couldn't be happier with Geo's performance-and we're baby boomers who've worked with many agents through the years!

ZillowVERIFIED We would never recommend tbis realtor to anybody. It was a very unfortunate experience. We were pretty much on our own and negotiating on our own. After we went under cintract he never reached out. Up until the final day of closing he kept giving us wrong information and we had to finally go threw his boss. He was late to meet us at the title comany to sign the paperwork.
