ZillowVERIFIED Olga is both professional an personable. She has extensive knowledge about the entire process of both selling and buying a home. The process was smooth and pleasant, any issues that came up were handled by Olga. She was unbiased and gave professional support in the areas that I didn't understand. ZillowVERIFIED My partner and I absolutely loved working with Olga and couldnt recommend her more enthusiastically. She was highly communicative and supportive throughout the home buying process. Olga has deep expertise in the Gallup market, and her guidance proved invaluable. Once under contract, Olga was always willing to make time to meet us at the house for inspections, and her counsel during due diligence saved us tens of thousands of dollars and enabled us to make an informed choice. Shes a fierce advocate for her clients and helped us negotiate a fair price for the home that we purchased. We truly cant say enough good things!

ZillowVERIFIED Helpful and patient in our search to find a home during a time when so few homes were on the market. Made valuable recommendations on homes to view and on offer strategies during contract negotiations. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Olga is a superb agent: professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Her style revealed itself to us years before we were ready to sell our house, because she left informative flyers at our door occasionally throughout the year. It was a low-impact but effective way to inform us about her services and her knowledge of the local market, and we eventually responded by inviting her to visit us once we began thinking about selling. In person, she is a patient listener, and when asked, she will give honest feedback grounded in her experience of the local market. We had many decisions to make as we prepared our house to sell, and we found her guidance to be solid and accurate. She explained the reasons for everything she advised us about, turning us into well-informed sellers... the best kind! We felt confident following her recommendations, even though it cost us some money, and in the end the effectiveness of her suggestions was borne out by how quickly and painlessly our house sold. As our preparing-to-sell phase progressed into the heart of the pandemic impacts (which were pretty severe, locally), she guided us with a steady hand to the finish line despite our worries. The proof is in the pudding: our house went under contract on the day we listed it, and we got our full price. After going through the ordeal that selling a house always is, I can heartily recommend Olga to both buyers and sellers as the agent of choice in the Gallup market.

ZillowVERIFIED Olga has been my realtor since 2017 and she has been amazing! Olga works hard for her clients, and that's why I have a lot of respect for her and I trust her. With 317 Canyon De Chelly listing, she gave me great advice on how to pick the finishing touches to appeal to buyers, she decorated and staged the house beautifully and made sure the photos were attractive. She worked very hard to expose the listing to potential buyers. As a result, this property moved fast! It only spent 69 days on the market, including the days it was under contract. she did an awesome job on the Open House - we had more than 20 families who attended it and had so much fun there! It felt like a party and everyone who came enjoyed the house, the hospitality, delicious food, refreshments and had a chance to talk with a lender on site that Olga invited. Olga found the buyer for the house, I had multiple offers on the property, it quickly got under contract and closed smoothly and fast. Olga handled the transaction very professionally, there were no delays and no stress. Very knowledgeable and honest, Olga Starr is a local real estate expert you can trust. I strongly recommend using Olga as your realtor when you buy or sell a house. She is the best! Thank you again, Olga, for helping me with the sale of this property and I look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

She was always quick to respond back and very helpful in the home searching process. She took a lot of the headache out of the final portion of the buying process and closing. She was always in contract with my lenders and other agencies making sure the home buying process went smoothly. I would defiantly recommend Olga and would use her in the future for buying or selling a property.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been working with Olga for 2 years and she always does a wonderful job for me no matter what I do- buy or sell a house. Olga was great at helping me with the purchase of a property in the hospital area recently: with her assistance, I was able to win in a multiple offer situation. If there are any problems with the transaction, Olga is very resourceful and has great suggestions that can help solve an issue. I feel comfortable when working with Olga. She listens to me attentively so she is able to understand what I'm looking for in a property. she finds answers to any questions I have. She is easy to get a hold of, she calls me back promptly and is always able to find the time for me if I need to discuss something with her or need any information. She gives excellent advice and is very good at negotiating. That is the type of realtor you need- an experienced local real estate agent who knows the market well, gives great advice, and can provide useful information that will help you make the right decision. she is honest and provides useful information that will help you make the right decision. she is honest and is a person you can trust. If you are looking for a great realtor, OLGA STARR is the Best!!!!

I first knew her as a fellow teacher and, since she has changed her career, Olga has really worked diligently to learn about buying and selling homes with the concern of someone who wants the best for her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Olga was very responsive and helpful in getting us, as first time home buyers, through the process of buying a house in Gallup. We were located in California for most of the process and she was always pro-active with getting in touch and helping us to anticipate what needed to happen in the next steps. I felt re-assured by her knowledge and although there were several other people involved in the process, felt that she was a great primary contact person.

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold several properties with Olga's help and she consistently exceeds my expectations. She was my listing agent on 3412 Ciniza property. She staged it beautifully and hosted a great open house that was very successful with more than 20 families attending. The house was put on the market on 5/4 and in less than 3 days it was under contract! Olga handled the transaction very professionally, there were no delays or issues. She was always available to answer my questions, provide needed information, offered great advice and handled the negotiations effectively and helped me make decisions. The house was sold for more than 103% of the asking price. I am very happy to have Olga Starr to all my friends and family. She is the BEST!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Olga made the sales happen because she consistently stayed on top of the buyers' and sellers' requirements. We told her that we wanted to buy two properties next to each other but owned by different parties. Both had to be sold to us or there was to be no deal for either. She kept in contact with one set of sellers who lived out of state so that inspections and title resolutions could be done without having me fret. She found contractors to inspect the houses. She kept after the other sellers, who no longer occupied the property but lived locally, to get some repairs done. I would say she more than met my expectations. She was superwomen because she is not shy about calling people, reminding people of their deadlines, and all the while being very congenial. She made sure that my communications with the sellers was not confrontational but was polite and firm. She made sure I didn't get too discouraged. We had a long journey together but without Olga the deal wouldn't have ended successfully.Tony D.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot praise Olga Starr enough for making the selling process way less stressful than it could've been for me. Within a week of meeting Olga and placing my house on the market, Olga was calling me saying that there was an interested buyer. She is professional and understanding. Every step was explained to me great detail so I never felt confused about where we were in the sale and if I had any questions or concerns, she was readily available via email or phone to talk. I have dealt with another realtor in Gallup when I was renting out my house and it wasn't a pleasant experience because I always felt stressed out because of the lack of communication. When issues arose with repairs, for example, Olga worked her magic to get the best service for the lowest price and of course, she always gave me options and recommendations of how to handle situations that would come up. Through this whole experience, I have gained great confidence and respect for Olga. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

ZillowVERIFIED Olga was in close contact with me during the entire house buying experience...3 different houses! She supplied me with numerous houses for sale on-line literature and was quick to schedule requested appointments. She made her schedule flexible for my viewing requests. She updated me in a timely manner when on-line papers needed to be reviewed/signed...literally a "ton of paperwork" since we did this for 3 different houses! She was always positive and extremely encouraging and this helped immensely as I "had deals" on different houses and, on the one I bought, the closing was rescheduled 5 times! I put my entire trust in her as she obviously is a good person as well as being a very knowledgeable real estate agent. She is super!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Olga took on one of the hardest real estate deals that exist. She agreed to sell our home while brokering a fantastic deal on the home of our dreams. Not only did she accomplish this impossible task as we had to sell our home to buy the new one. She convinced the home owner to hold the new home for us until ours sold. She got top dollar for our home as well as brokering an amazing price on our new home. You will never find a more dedicated, kind, caring and motivated Real Estate agent. If you doubt how hard this task was look up selling and buying a home at the same time. It will inform you that it is an almost impossible task that the majority of Realtor's will not even touch. Olga not only took on this task but conquered it with more success for my family than we ever dreamed possible!

ZillowVERIFIED We absolutely loved working with Olga! We went through 3 different agents who either gave us the runaround or were just bad at responding, a couple of them even said they would call back and we never heard back. Olga immediately took interest and was able to dedicate her time to us and our needs, even if we were only looking for something small and not too expensive, she still took us seriously. Olga took us to see several houses until we found the right one. She told us right away that if she didn't know the answer to something, she would look into it for us and she did every single time. Thank you Olga, for helping us find our home and being so patient and most of all, AVAILABLE to help us.
