Being new to the area, Jerry took the time to give us an overview of the Bradenton area. Trying to purchase in a hot market = looking at alot of homes. Jerry was always ready to accommodate and look at properties with us. He also provided good insight on the overall market, and consideration of price point within a given neighborhood. We felt he had our best interest of investment, not just buying a house.And if you are going to spend alot of time with a person thru the home buying journey, might a well surround yourself with good people. Unfortunately, Brian was not at all any help in my search for my future home in Florida; he kept showing me homes way under my budget that we were just not interested in. I would have hoped he would have actually listened to what we were looking for other than what he thought would best suit his needs in a home. Hopefully he can learn from this!
