ZillowVERIFIEDUnfortunately, Brian was not at all any help in my search for my future home in Florida; he kept showing me homes way under my budget that we were just not interested in. I would have hoped he would have actually listened to what we were looking for other than what he thought would best suit his needs in a home. Hopefully he can learn from this!

ZillowVERIFIED Brian is absolutely, hands down, the best realtor we have ever done business with! We bought and sold through him and you will never find a more patient and caring realtor. The market is aggressive and sometimes brutal but he makes it so easy and is very knowledgeable! You wont regret doing business with Brian!

ZillowVERIFIED We were buying a relatively inexpensive condo in Bradenton from Ohio. Brian walked through them with us on FaceTime to show them to us, offered his assessment of the area, the buildings and relative desirability as rentals. He spent a lot of time and energy with us even though we were not looking at million dollar homes. We highly recommend him and will use him again when we trade up to something a bit bigger and nicer. ZillowVERIFIED Brian is by far one of the best realtors I've met. He's not pushy at all, takes the time to help find what you're looking for in a home, and most importantly, does not get annoyed with all the first time home buyer questions you will have. He makes sure you understand every step of the process and has absolutely no problem making sure you fully understand, and are comfortable with each step in the home buying process. My girlfriend and I couldn't of asked for a better realtor to help us purchase our first home! Brian, thank you again!

ZillowVERIFIED Brian was referred by a mutual friend who was also a client of his. I was impressed by the time and effort he put into finding just the right property for him, and having used other real estate sales people in the past who were not so diligent in satisfying their clients, decided to take a chance on Brian. I am very pleased with his handling of the sale, from the start through closing, and will definitely recommend him to anyone who may be in need of her services.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian is the consummate Realtor. He is professional, knowledgeable, confidential, responsive, and exercises due diligence. Brian was a Buyers Broker for us, and negotiated a sale that closed in 20 days. We were in first position with our offer, and Brian guided us to a successful conclusion with her expert skills and knowledge. Next, we will engage Brian as our listing agent to market and sell our current home.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian is just plain excellent. This was a long distance transaction--I live in NJ--and I was depending on the realty agent for the day-to-day details. Brian took the place to contract at a good price in a little over two weeks. If there was a problem he had three alternative solutions within half a day. Even though this was a smaller condo sale with a split commission and a demanding buyer, I never had to wait for a a phone or email response. We closed on time and without a problem. Hire him.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian has sold two homes for me, one of them very recently. He has helped me realize what I feel is the best sale price from each of the properties. I also feel he respects the buyers as well with their needs in regard to the sales. I would definitely return to him in the future when time comes to sell or buy again. I don't see how any other realtor could do a better job. You'll be very satisfied too.

ZillowVERIFIED Brian did a truly excellent on selling our home. He went above and beyond in every aspect. He hired a professional photographer and videographer. The quality was outstanding! He set up a separate website for our house with tons of photos and video along with really great information about the comminity, local attractions & dining and other features. He had an open house almost every weekend while it was listed. He also had a professional flyer created and sent mailings all over Sarasota. Brian really did a lot more than simply list our house on the MLS. He negotiated an excellent price and put a great deal of time and effort in throughout the entire process. We couldnt be happier! Brian was always responsive and on point. We will happily use him again and again!
