Jerry could not have been more helpful in guiding us through the process. His professionalism and knowledge of the area and community helped us in making our decision. If he didnt have an answer to a question he always followed up with our questions to the sellers agent. He accommodated us in scheduling inspection and closing dates so that we were able to be present for both. My 6 a.m. texts with questions never went unanswered. We needed to replace carpeting and he handled it. We had rotted wood in the fascia on the second floor and he had it repaired and painted. ZillowVERIFIED Jerry has been very instrumental in the sale of two homes for us. Last year, when it was time to move to Oklahoma, we called Jerry to assist us in the sale of our home. My wife knew Jerry for many years, as she had taught his children. Jerry listed our house, and it sold in nine days. The sign in front of the house was barely up, when we had to put "Sold" on it. He did a fantastic job! He is knowledgable and knows all areas of the city. When my mother passed away in February this year, it only took a phone call for Jerry to come in and get the job done again. This was a little "tougher" sale, as my mom lived in a 55 and older community where the properties were not selling that well. Jerry had a deal within 11 days! I would highly recommend Jerry for any of your real estate needs.
