Were from the Bay Area and were looking to move into Auburn. Just as a point of reference, I have bought and sold 5 houses in the Mtn View/Cupertino/Los Gatos area. Most have gone smoothly, but Ive dealt with a few transactions as a buyer that were nightmares. I'm very happy to say that this transaction was wonderful.We met Nicole at an open house and were immediately impressed. She was very responsive when we contacted her a few weeks later. She immediately set up an online portal of houses that met our criteria. Since we werent local, we relied on her to check out the houses of interest and report back. We did set up a few days of house viewings over several months. It was great having a local expert to discuss things like septic systems, wells, propane, and Cal Fire for us Bay Area folk that dont deal with such things. Eventually we found our new home. Nicole handled the offer and escrow with ease. I was especially impressed by how picky she was during the home inspection - just what you want in a buyers agent! She made sure that all of our concerns were taken care. We werent able to be in Auburn for the final inspection, so we did it with Nicole over Facetime aEUR" gotta love technology. Our new home and neighborhood are awesome.I am recommending Nicole to my sister who is also thinking of moving to the area. I would recommend her to you too!
