Were glad we worked with Sharon Webb to sell our home. She lives in the neighborhood, so she knows the area well and gave us practical advice on getting the house ready. She kept track of all the little details, did what she said she would, and helped us find and schedule vendors to get the house ready to show. It made the whole process feel much more manageable. Sharon was great to work with, and wed happily recommend her.

Sharon Webb was my agent when I sold my parents home in the Creekside at Bethpage Community in Durham. Sharon was recommended to me by a former coworker of mine who was very pleased with her work when purchasing her home years ago. It was an especially difficult time for me as my father had just passed. Id never sold a house before and hardly knew where to begin. Not only was Sharon immensely supportive but she went above and beyond by advising me with the very difficult and seemingly endless job of having an estate sale and taking care of my parents things. She very patiently helped me with this and I cant thank her enough. Sharon was very open and guided me through all of the steps, was consistently available and provided her market expertise and pricing experience. After several months on the market with no offers, Sharon suggested we enhance the staging in the home and afterwards, within a months time we had an over-asking price offer. She guided me through the whole process, the closing went seamlessly. When I sell my home and buy another in the next year or so, I will absolutely choose Sharon as my agent. Amy Hickey made buying my home a smooth and genuinely enjoyable experience. From our first conversation to closing day, she was responsive, always quick to answer my questions, whether it was a quick text or a more involved concern. Her knowledge of the Raleigh area was invaluable. She understood the neighborhoods, the market, and what to look for, which helped me feel confident in my decision. Amy managed every step of the process with care and professionalism, keeping me informed and walking me through each decision so nothing felt overwhelming. She advocated for me and made sure the details were handled properly. I couldnt have asked for a better advocate and guide. Id recommend Amy to anyone buying a home in the Triangle without hesitation. Five stars!

If you are house hunting anywhere in the area, do yourself a favor and work with Sharon Webb. I was looking everywhere from Raleigh to Cary and Apex before settling on my home in Tryon Pointe in Garner. Sharon made a potentially overwhelming search feel completely manageable. She brought me plenty of varied options and was super respectful of my budget, never pushing me toward something that did not fit. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process, answering every question I had with clear confidence. She handled every detail and kept me informed the whole way through. Beyond her expertise, she is just a genuinely friendly and thoughtful person to work with.

Sharon and her team are absolutely amazing! They helped me find the perfect condo to purchase in Fuquay-Varina and made the entire process a breeze -- from negotiating to closing. Sharon's tips and suggestions were always spot-on, and her knowledge of the different neighborhoods and homes we toured was invaluable. She really listened to what I was looking for, was always happy to answer my questions, and made me feel confident throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision, and I always felt like she genuinely had my best interests in mind. I couldn't be happier with my new condo or with my experience working with Sharon and her team. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
