Alice Harris is a very professional, straight forward agent. She helped us sell AND buy our new home with the upmost respect, diligence and quick to respond attitude. Regardless of the time, she responded quickly to our questions and concerns no matter what they were. If she couldn't answer them, she got us in touch with people who could, or, she reached out and got the answer for us. During our experience selling and buying, the other parties were not the easiest to get along with, but Alice negotiated and stood firm on our positions and represented us exactly how we wanted and then some. She uses common sense on things that ultimately helped relieve some stress from us by responding to the other party before we even heard any bad news. Of course no one is perfect and some mistakes were made initially, however Alice is the type of agent (and person) that not only owned up to them, but did something about it to fix it, which is more than we can say about most people we come across. Not only is she a great agent but a good person that you will not regret recruiting to your team and real estate fight, because yes, real estate can be a battle sometimes and the ones that stand their ground and are quick to respond get the win! We appreciate and highly recommend Alice Harris to anyone and will be referring our friends and family to her in the future.

I really enjoyed working with Aaron. He was very insightful when touring houses, looking at various aspects and explaining things that we should look for, or look out for. Once we decided on a home to purchase, Aaron was able to walk us through every step of the process, explaining everything to us along the way. He was a great at displaying our concerns through negotiating the purchase price. He helped guide us to an agreement with the seller, even though it may have been a good deal of work on Aaron's side. He was able to keep us in the loop on a limited basis, and minimize our disruptions at work during the day, per our request. It was much appreciated to know we had someone on our side, but we didn't have to worry with all the small details. When it came time to needing our signature, he was clear and concise with what a form was, and what we were signing. He was always available and helped with the scheduling of inspections and closing to meet our crazy schedule. We enjoyed working with Aaron Chaney and would recommend him to help you purchase your home.
