ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Ms. Amy Hickey was an absolute pleasure to say the least! Our experience with her was that of a great deal of relief on our part, when she took over and dealt with so much and also accommodating to our schedule as we continued with our daily lives back in Florida. She was extremely patient and flexible and answered our questions no matter the time nor day of the week. She dealt with inspection companies , and provided a plethera of information and personal and professional suggestions in order for us to go forward with our house purchase in North Carolina. As we are coming into our retirement Amy has guided us, has worked tirelessly on our behalf, and moreso has become someone we can look forward to calling a friend. She has made the transition during this season of our lives very pleasurable and smooth. On the day of our closing she personally drove us to the bank as we were experiencing some technical difficulties with on-line banking. Amy Hickey is a self driven, knowledgeable, and a hard-working professional that I would recommend to anyone!
ZillowVERIFIEDHad a rough time getting through the process for my 4th home purchase and Amy was there every inch of the way making all the phone calls I couldn?t. I appreciate the hard work she put in to get me successfully to closing.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe closed on our home 3 weeks ago, and Amy made every step of the process easy. She was always quick to answer questions via email or text, and even anticipated questions we didnt know we had. She is willing to go the extra mile for her clients to make buying a home as low stress as possible!
ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Amy Hickey to represent you as a seller, or a buyer. Amy took on my house after another real estate agent turned it down. It was a huge undertaking. I needed to get a lot of work done on this house, and Amy helped me along the way. Even with budgeting. She took so much time and put so much effort into getting my house ready. She staged it beautifully and went the extra mile to help me secure what she called a, ?smooth closing.? Even though the market was pretty terrible at the time, Amy sold my house inside of four hours. It is in a kind of undesirable location in Garner, but I got over asking price because of how good she made it look. She took special care with the pictures, with the marketing materials, and everything an agent could possibly do. What impressed me most was that my house was at a lower price point, and she treated me like I was a $2.5 million client. Also, her knowledge of the Triangle area is so impressive. She knows every nook and cranny. She took me from Zebulon to Pittsboro looking at properties. I received multiple emails from her with houses to look at. She worked and looked for me constantly! I called her once, and she answered her phone from Costa Rica and talked to me for 30 minutes about our sale plans. She and her husband raised their family in Raleigh, and she is highly knowledgeable about the school systems there. Honestly, there should be more than five stars because she deserves as many as they could give. If you are looking for an agent, and if you are moving from out of town, look no further because you couldn?t find anyone better to represent you. Because of the population and career market here in Raleigh, there are way too many real estate agents. I have dealt with several who literally had no idea what they were doing. Amy knows this industry second nature. She loves what she does, and it really shows.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe could not have asked for a better real estate agent! Amy Hickey provided over the top service with her fresh ideas, knowledge of the industry, responsiveness, hard work on our behalf and enthusiasm! She was a pleasure to work with :) We moved before closing on the house she listed for us and her extra trips to the property to take care of various needs was above and beyond! We highly recommend her! Will and Karen Sneed
