I've had numerous transactions with Wendy over the years, both as a buyer and seller. I would not consider working with anyone else. And that statement is coming from someone who spent the better part of 15 years in real estate. Outside of my own personal real estate transactions, I've been an investor in both commercial and residential properties. I love and know real estate, and would only work with the best as real estate requires a comprehensive skill set. Saving the best for last, Wendy is one hell of a negotiator. You will never have a better champion on your side, as I currently do in a very complicated condo purchase. Also I'm listing my current residence with Wendy.
