Kerryn and her team were always available and on top of my needs, no matter how trivial. They were great communicators, always staying ahead of upcoming milestones related to the buying process. Kerryn gave great direction on the negotiation side as well.

Julie is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She marketed and sold my house with efficiency. I would not hesitate to recommend her! She was recommended by friends who were very pleased with her work!

Kerryn is outstanding from start to finish in the home listing and sales process. Knowledgeable, professional and so incredibly patient! I could not have done any of this without her. Kerryn Ellison is as good as it gets.

Kerryn Ellson and her team are the ultimate professionals. Kerryn guided us through both the purchase of our dream beachfront condo as well as the sale of our condo in a complicated and competitive market. She truly cares and it shows. Thank you, Kerryn! We look forward to many beautiful sunsets and will forever be grateful to you for making our dream come true!

She was absolutely outstanding. She knew the market well. The house sold the second day it was listed. She had prepped the house well. She kept us well informed. I can't imagine a better experience. I would give her an A+ and would unhesitatingly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
