ZillowVERIFIED I bought my very first home with Melissa & she made the process easy to understand. I was seeking down payment assistance & she was very educated in what that would mean for me as a buyer. I was soo impressed with her skills that when I decided to sell my home 3 years later the decision on who to call was easy. Once again she turned what could have been a stressful first time experience into a stream lined process where I felt in control. She sold my home at the price I was looking for in a short time. When it came time to close, I feel Melissa totally represented my best interest the entire time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area as she is amazing!

ZillowVERIFIED Great all around experience. Melissa explained the process from start to finish and was there to answer any questions I had. She also, made sure that everything I needed was emailed to me for my records and followed up on several items for me that I couldn't do to work constraints. Would recommend Melissa to friends for sure.

ZillowVERIFIED I found Melissa by way of other homes for sale in my neighborhood and it was kind of last minute. Melissa was very helpful, friendly and made several suggestions to help sell my house quickly since I was moving due to relocation with my job. I am very happy to say the house sold more quickly than I thought it would and I definitely believe Melissa played a big part in making it happen! I would definitely use Melissa again if I ever return to the area!!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa is the consumate real estate professional! My wife and I were the buyers on one of her listings. After speaking with her, we were comfortable working directly with Melissa and didn't see the need to use a realtor of our own. I'm glad we made that decision! From first contact through the oh so smooth closing, Melissa's comunications were perfect! Did I mention we were doing a long distance transaction with us in Chicago and the property in Largo, Florida? No problem! Melissa helped on each and every stage of the transaction from the offer and acceptance to home inspection to title company to closing. I could call or email Melissa at any point if i had a question or concern and she was right there with a call back or return email addressing our question or concern. We would not hesitate to recommend Melissa Honeycutt as your Realtor and we hope to work with her again in the future as real estate needs change.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! My husband and I were on a mission to find a new home (our expecting twins made that all the more imperative) and Melissa worked with us to find the perfect home for our growing family. She was always just a phone call away. We would recommend Melissa to any and everyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the Pinellas area.

ZillowVERIFIED She did a GREAT job! She researched listings before showing them to me and told me the ups and downs of all properties with estimated amounts of cost to cure for issues. After we put the offer on the home she was there every step of the process and after with follow up. Couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED She was awesome. It was 4 months to close, but she was able to get through some tough spots. She had to navigate the communication between the Fannie Mae asset manager and my mortgage company. Both were difficult.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was a real-go-getter! She went all out for us in trying to sell our home in Largo, FL. I would reccomend her to anyone in need of selling their home. Thanks again Melissa for all of time and talents. She was our "third times a charm"! The two previous realtors didn't do anything!
