We are not first time home buyers but since we would only be in the Tampa area for a few years (were military) I needed to make sure it was the best situation for us. We contacted her on our drive into town and she stayed up with us till 9pm looking at mls and her getting to know our style. Then the whole weekend we drove around like crazy looking. From the start she exuded knowledge, professionalism, hustle and good decision making. She gave excellent advice about how to get the home ready for sale, what renovations would generate a profit, and which could be ignored. She arranged for cleaning and staging, both of which were done excellently. She arranged for amazing home photos, as well as drone footage which added a very modern touch to the presentation. When it came time to show the house she kept a hectic schedule, making sure as many people could see the house as possible. She guided us through contract negotiations with multiple sellers, and was always available. Overall we were VERY happy with Kelly, and the process, and would recommend her and her team without hesitation.

I have learned to check behind appliances the next time so you dont get a big surprise after you purchase the house. My home was destroyed by renters who turned into squatters. After that experience, I decided renting was not worth it. Kelly was very knowledgeable with the surrounding market as well as local repair men to help restore the house into selling shape. She was always available and willing to stop by the house since I live out of the state. When I was considering renting versus buying, she never pushed me to sell, as other realtors did.
