Carolyn is truly amazing! Weve now worked with her 4 times: sold homes twice, bought once, and found a rental through her. I really dont know how to explain just how far above and beyond she goes for every client. Shes not only a great realtor but also a truly wonderful and caring human being. She doesnt just care about her commission. She takes personal interest in each familys story and cares deeply about finding the right thing for them. She absolutely would never try to convince you to do a transaction thats not in your best interest.

Carolyn helped us through both the buying and selling sides of our home journey, and we couldnt have been happier with the experience. Given the crazy housing market, her advice was spot on: find the home you want first because that will likely take longer than selling the one youre in. She was absolutely right! While it took us some time to find the perfect home that checked all of our boxes for location, space, and amenities (through no fault of Carolyns), once we were ready to sell, the process moved incredibly fast. Thanks to her strategy, we had more than 20 scheduled showings, a successful open house, beautiful marketing and signage, and multiple offers above our asking price. One of the best pieces of advice she gave us was to stage our home. It was a relatively small investment, but it made a huge difference by showcasing our existing furniture and helping buyers see the homes full potential. Not only did Carolyn help us sell our home in just one weekend, but she was also incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Whether we had questions or wanted to see a home on the buying side, she was always happy to help and quick to respond.
