Our family's search for a new home began in March of this year. Keith started as most agent's do, understanding our needs, and showing us homes that would fit. That's when the normal everyday agent in Keith went away and the amazing qualities he brings started to become apparent. Knowing we have little kids at home and other aspects about our family, at every home we went to, after letting us tour the space, he took the time out to point out things within the home that were not so obvious to us. Simple, effective, and VERY important details from School district ratings, commercial zones too close to the home, the venting systems not able to meet what we require in the kitchen, all the way to hidden expenses that we would never have seen coming. All this was something he offered up himself at every house we went to , to ensure we made the most informed decision for our today and tomorrow possible.Once we found the perfect home, and the mortgage process started, we were hit with the reality of the Mortgage industry. We received a pre-approval right away , followed by a list of quick conditions, then suddenly the communication stopped and the problems started.lack of communication, false promises, and mis-leading tactics by the mortgage company delayed our purchase for months. However , Keith was once again there to guide our family. Took control of the situation, took us to a new trusted lender from his contacts, and within a few days we were walking into our new home.Keith stood by us and worked extensively with the lawyers and listing agent to keep things smooth and moving along, turning into our family's personal representative. So much so that we trusted him with all of our financial and personal documents.Keith kept every promise and even those that he never made, he ensured he never stopped working for our family. Even after the sale, he was there to make sure everything was okay, and continues to be a valuable friend and honorary member of our family. If you're in the hunt and want someone who understands the industry as well as conducts himself with honor and class, Keith is your man, look no place else, as he truly will not rest until you are happy!

What I liked about him the most was he was always responsive and was available to work around my busy schedule. He is always prompt to return phone call or email or text etc. And it is not just the buying and closing process that he helped us with where the bulk of the work is around negotiations etc, he went beyond his call of duty. After the closing, when you generally would part ways with your agent - Keith is a class apart. He helped us during our relocation making it a smooth process. Upon the first meeting, he asked us if we were 1st time buyers; when we told him we were, he started helping us with explaining the steps for home buying. He is very responsive to emails and phone calls. I was looking for a realtor that had more experience and cared more about finding us the right home versus just selling us A home. When I started working with Keith, it was almost immediately apparent that this was a realtor that was going to go above and beyond our expectations. Keith had years of experience (and acts like it), cared immensely about our search, and was not afraid to fight on our behalf when needed. Keith was unbelievably on top of everything - if I didn't know any better about how busy with clients he actually is, I might have wondered if we were his only client by how quickly he always responded to any call, email, or text. We looked at approximately 80 properties and Keith never acted impatient or annoyed. He understood how important - and stressful - a home purchase is in anyone's life. I just cannot say enough good things about our experience with Keith. My parents even agreed that he has done a good job, and they are always skeptical when it comes to their daughter!

All that did was waste a year. There seems to be very few people in this industry that are willing to work for their money. Keith works hard. He really took the bit and ran, helping us narrow down houses, spending numerous days searching high and low all throughout the south suburbs to help us find a great place to live that we could afford. He litterally spent three entire weekends in the 100+ degree heat showing my me and my wife, who I might add was 7 months pregnant at the time, townhouses in Lockport, Tinley Park, Orland Park, Mokena, and the list goes on. He helped us understand al lthe processes, the financing options, foreclosures, short sales, etc. He put us in touch with a great Mortgage broker who was fantastic- we closed in 21 days afte rthe offer becasue we were pre-approved, and got the stuff done on time. We locked in a low rate that will be a benefit t ous for a long time since rates will probably go up again in the near future.Keith was fantastic, and I would recomend him to anyone looking to buy a home in the Chicagoland area. this man works hard and will not rest until you are happy.
